what i really like is that his attacks reminds me of a dragon's dance i used to watch when i was little. the dragon's movements feels really nostalgic for me 🥲

@@lies_v1 it's a different kind of dragon dancing. Lingyang is lion dance while Jiyan is the pole dragon dance thingy. The pole one has always been hypnotic to me so I love it that Jiyan has it too ☺️

Finally a deep Jiyan guide, THANKS! I pulled him and was starting to regret it, but after this guide I feel a bit better to see that his playstyle is not as braindead as many CC's say.
It's still very braindead compared to the other main dps currently in the game
It's braindead in terms of what you do when you're using Jiyan. You still have to min max every other interaction before Jiyan gets his Ult.
Im at cr4 with him need last two to really slam cant wait
Note that his s6 gives him 120% dmg bonus on the finale version of his liberation when u heavy, E or intro, stacking up to 2 times, so what you can do is intro into plunge and then E, or intro into E and then liberation for 240% boosted nuke that clears ads and insta breaks bosses. Given that u have s6...

Jinyan may not be able to burst DMG like Calcharo and Encore since majority of the DPS showcase I watched in youtube that Cal and Encore has a higher burst DPS in single bosses, Jinyan is a balanced AOE BEAST, and he's very EASY to use, he has an auto-block 😅 and he's still number 1 for me, thou I do also have Encore as my 2nd main and Cal as my 3rd main, I love them 3 ♥️
dont know about yours but mine nukes his first ult hit for 36k and then 5.6k per tick on basic atk(ult form)
Without Verina rly hard to use Jiyan outro skill and oh my this skill do a lot of damage.

It would be nice if you could move your head towards the left side of the screen so that we can see the skills because sometimes it's hard to keep track of things and being able to see skills would help with keeping up😂

The way you explained Jiyan and how he switched with mortefi+Verina, Helios Cleaver seems is horrible for Jiyan. he wont be able to make use of the helios cleaver passive at all, i think max dupe guardian broadblade is a way better option. Helios does have higher base stats but would it be more then the guardian broadblade base stats + 24% Basic Attack and Heavy Attack buff ?

super boomer friendly rotation would be. Intro in (so at least u have enough resolve to use resonance liberation mid air) Press R, spam left click and spam E during the left click spam so u get 2 resonance skills off. Then once buffed state expires, outro

I like having the extra charge personally, but it's a nearly insignificant damage increase, so basically just a stepping stone to get to his other sequences.
It's just a comfy button. Unlike Xiao, energy gain isn't as big with him.
They only have him t0 with his weapon he is .5 without. Only t0 dps is encore

That Encore is using Yinlin's signature weapon + perfect rotation uptime. Also, those numbers are theoretical. The only reason they could include Yinlin's weapon in the calculations is because her game data is already in the files. Jiyan is just waaaay more convenient to play than Encore, his weapon just adds that extra oomph.
Edit: Jiyan with his signature weapon still outdamages Encore
Could you do a guide on jianxin? I have Jiyan but I honestly prefer Jianxin so much more as she feel so satisfying to play as a dps. Also the fact that her constellations seem incredibly good for the future really appeal to me

Heavy attack buffs your enhanced basics in ult form. I think liberation damage only buffs his lib damage from having resolve (forte gauge), not his enhanced basics.
sanhu should have been a decent buffer for him if she was able to buff his normal BA but his enhanced BA during his ultimate is considered as heavy atk so i dont think its helpful in any way
liberation dmg buff only works on his enhanced ultimate strike, decent buff but most of his dmg comes from spamung his heavy BA so…
@@flipside9608his buffed liberation states that it’s damage is counted as heavy attack damage so liberation bonus is useless on him
