In rare cases do I check at the plenums but mostly I'm trying to make sure the vents are getting adequate Delta T readings because I'd be telling EVERY property management how bad their ductwork is and they'd still do nothing about it (which i kind of do now sometimes). Like itll take me finding crushed ductwork and loosing all of its insulation for them to okay some duct work jobs. When I go to a homeowners I typically will try to drill a hole in the supply and return and put the probes there.
