I think that omen is probably someone who worked for the same organization as ISO, a hitman so to say, he was also probably the top dog before the accident and this is why he is probably known somewhat by ISO. This could also be the reason why he has no real name as he constantly needs fake identities when traveling as well why they would have similarish abilities as those are the kind necessary to assassinate someone. I also think that the reason for omen memories and abilities could be that he was captured and tortured by someone and an hourglass and shadows had something to do with it

im pretty sure im wrong but i think omen (or iso) has a Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) which makes u have 2 split personalities.
