Seeing as how my Bloodborn reaction is nearing 20k, it looks like I will be playing DS1 lol the hope is to play it after I finish my current playthrough of Dragon Age Inquisition, hoping it goes on sale sometime lol Links: Discord: discord.gg/r2WeevN3Ua Twitch: www.twitch.tv/ryanpeteslive Gaming Channel: www.youtube.com/@RyanPetesEpicGamer Stream VODs Channel: www.youtube.com/@RyanPetesVODs Main Channel: ua-cam.com/channels/A0d4wih_ecEWiLjy0Ws4Tg.html
Honestly when it comes to Elden Ring, it is very purposeful in the fact that it doesn't give all the answers, the world is not desperate to explain itself, and the pieces left behind of ages past are our only clue. It brings to mind a statement made by Miyazaki in an old interview when asked why he writes his stories the way he does. He explains that as a child, he loved Western fantasy, but none of the books were fill translated into Japanese, so he had to fill in the gaps of the story he couldn't understand with his own imagination. His story telling ks essentially him giving us the audience that same experience, it's not meant to be all known, you're meant to speculate and guess, Miyazaki's stories are vessels for imagination.
@@Staycoldyoung Godwyn is dead though, his soul is gone, his body is a rotting carcass in the deeproot depths. He even transforms sorta into the mending rune of the death prince, there's nothing to fight.
@@tibaronmagnus3672 Yes Godwyn is dead but in soul alone. His body is still pretty much alive and his legacy keep growing across the realm. There are much to do with Godwyn. It's a matter of how to construct the story, and if they are willing to do so.
Something that has been lightly hinted at from GRRM and Miyazaki is the possibility of an Elden Ring tv series. So instead of a new DLC theres a chance we might get answers through that. Which will let From Software move on to a new game.
Great insight, and yes I am very much with you in the fact that we need another DLC. There’s still a whole lot left with Godwyn, Gloam-Eyed Queen, and shadows of the other empyreans (Miquella, malenia, possibly messmer as well). Not even talking about the Outer Gods, which could be its own sequel. But we desperately need another DLC to tie things up, and also to introduce concepts they might not have got to put in.

Elden Ring is done. No more DLCs as confirmed by the dev.
Also, most major questions HAVE been answered.
I could see one final one on godwyn tho. Hes the only demi god we havent got to fight
@@Staycoldyoung He's fucking DEAD.
Like, *DEAD* dead. His soul is GONE. He's never coming back.
@@Staycoldyounghis whole thing is irreversible death though
Miquella's goal is very similar to the templars in AC. World peace through eliminating free will
im just glad Mohg, as cool of a character as he is, was pulled put of the Allegations Pit and into Tragic Character territory.
