몇년이 지나두 전혀 옛날 노래라는 느낌 자체가 안느껴주고 잠잘때나 힘들때 들으면 굿한 노래고 진짜 이노래 덕분에 에디 킴이 떳다 해도 뭐라 못할 정도로 노래가 너무 좋고 가사도 달달하며서 고백할때 부르면 진짜 너무 좋은노래!!

무혐의는 검사 입장에서 봤을 때 그냥 범죄 행위가 없어서 법원 갈 필요도 없는 경우

One of my Korean teachers used songs as one of the ways to improve the students. He sometimes asked us to listen to the songs and write down lyrics as homework. I got to know a lot of songs because of him. This song is one of them. It became one of my favorite songs after that. Very nice song.

무죄는 아니고 기소유예입니다. 기소유예가 뭐냐면, 범죄 사실은 입증됐는데 통상적으로 법적인 처벌을 주기에는
범죄 사실이 경미하기에 검사가 기소를 유예하는거죠. 다음에도 동일 범죄가 이루어지면 가중처벌되는 조건으로 봐주는거라고 보면 됩니다.
근데 해당 범죄 자체가 음란물 유포에 대한건인데, 인터넷에 있는 야짤하나 올렸다고 검찰에서 밝혔더라고요.
정준영 승리사건과는 무관하죠.
