Reset Water Heater Locked Out Ignition Failure Previously Soldered Leak on Tank

My water heater was locked out on ignition failure. I turned the gas off to my house to replace my dryer’s gas shut off valve. Here I have to make the water heater ignite and heat up water. I turn off the power to the unit. Then turn back on. My water heater comes on and starts heating water in tank. I solder a leak on the tank shut April 18, 2020. This video is sept 5, 2021
