    Nancy, you did it again. I’ve made your frijoles from eggplant. So good. This particular bread recipe took a couple tries because twice I added the last half cup of oat fiber turning it into wheat rolls not rising as well as they should but they worked out for sliders. This 3rd followed along with you closely and placed in my ninja over to rise. And finally had nice rolls. Thanks for giving so many options looking forward to the next recipe. Blessings!

    Hi Nancy would you happen to have a southern biscuit recipe, everyone I’ve tried that promises the best biscuits that taste like it real ones are terrible mostly they come out like cupcakes!

    The ingredients call for 2 teaspoons baking powder and 2 teaspoons instant baking powder. No yeast is listed. Should the second one be 2 teaspoons yeast?

    This looks delicious but I have gluten issues. Is there a gluten free recipe similar to this one.

      That’s exactly what I was going to ask. I read other suggestions like using guar gum or xanthum gum but the power ratio would be such a huge difference reducing the bulk. I hope she can remake it and show us how to cook it using a different product.
