It's not just her, Ky's gloves also have them, and this property carried over from Xrd. Though Sin's gloves don't have fingernails, so no clue as to why only certain people exhibit this "trait."

That distinction doesn't make sense. Aria isn't around. The more mature and the more childish voices are both different parts of Jack'o. Jack'o is one half of Aria, with the other half, what might be better referred to as Justice, refusing to come out due to her trauma. Why the childish voice is still around or what exactly becoming human did for Jack'o outside of stop the plans of Xrd and bring Justice into her subconscious is unclear. Apparently she's more vulnerable now? According to Sol anyway.
