You are a magician!!!♥️♥️♥️
Every other youtuber was giving advice to upload via heroku, and guess what? IT WAS HARD AF..
You just made everything SIMPLE my bro..
Thanks again ❤️
Only hard part of heroku is static files
i tried that shii, it made me so mad, what got me angry was the fact that to log and know what went wrong was too hard
thank you so much sir , I have been trying for last 2 year to learn how to host web app in the server but failed every time. But finally because of you I succeed.
The only straight-up video on this subject that wasn't confusing.
Mate, you are the greatest! This tutorial is so easy to follow and efficient, I can't believe it. Keep up the good work!

Been stuck on this for ages tried AWS and heroku to deploy my simple django web app - your video made it so easy to work !!
First deployment tutorial that worked out for me. Thanks, you're the best!
You're welcome! Thanks for watching.
This was a perfect instruction to deploy my web app! subscribed!
Detailed and concise!
This did the trick for me thanks👍
I did faced issues during migrations but by hook and crook I completed.
Liked subscribed because this guy's video tutorial is much better than others
I haven't used Python Anywhere in a while so now I'll give it a shot. I'm glad to see you doing Django videos.
Thanks for watching!
Thanks Antony for putting long smile on face again. This tutorial really saved me tens of hours and pain of trying to use some of those advanced hosting services.
I love this tutorial, it has helped me out so many times. I always end up coming back to this whenever I need a quick, free server for Django. Probably have watched it about 12-20 times!
Hey man, it helped me fix the issue of static files. Thank you 😊
greetings from the Czech republic. thank you very much for the great video and help. django is running😃
I was literally just thinking I can't deploy a django app but after watching this video I deployed it thanks a lottttt
Thank you soo much!!! My words can not describe how much thankful I am to you.
Thanks a lot. Following the docs from Pythoneverywhere was giving me a headache. This video was a life saver.
Bruh... you the homie foreal. It took my 2 days to find this very simple solution. I love you dog.
You were like a remedy to ease my pains,
thank you so much for this great tutorial
This video was simply perfect. Every subject was presented in perfect order. Flawless deployment!
Thanks! I appreciate the kind words.
While I don't think it's technically supported, I just hosted a Django app that utilizes React. This platform is amazing. I used to use Heroku, but their plans aren't nearly as good. Pythonanywhere is easy to deploy with, and the subscriptions are very customizable.
Oh my goodness, you like every comment.
That's so sweet man.
Both the video and your gesture.
Thanks a lot, Pretty Printed. This was indeed very helpful.
You are the best, after all this time, I always use this video to make my deploy, thank you a lot!
your idea is good but I was using database postgre sql and I was getting operational error in running website and it didn't work . but now I am sure next time I will upload my website on any server easily after watching this video it's quite simple to deploy django website on server. THANKYOU SO MUCH 👍👍👍👍

Thank you so much.. Best tutorial ever for Django deployment
Amazingly simple video. I was fighting for hours to deploy my stuff on Pythoneverywhere (not mentioning my struggles with Heroku). Static files seem to be clear for me as well. The only issue I'm encountering is that static files for admin dashboard seem to be missing.
Does running collectstatic help?
Point the static directory in the static tab.
/Static/ path to your static.
Thank you very much for such a beautiful demonstration
Thanks a lot this has worked for me. Appreciate the great video.
Awesome awesome just awesome..was literally scrapping the whole web how to host and every thing they explained was so complicated!!!!!!!!

Thank youuuuu buddy ❤️
Everything on point!
Thank you ! I spent 2 days struggling with Linode and Digital Ocean .. This worked great .. I just had to add the name of my project to the template folder in settings.py because it wouldn't load at first
Thank you so much very clear and so useful to test django applications
Thanks a lot for this tutorial. This helped me host my first django project on pythonanywhere.
do you used any static files?
@@mrAmal45 Yup. I did.
Actually I had faced couple of issues because of 'static' and 'media' files.
Specifying proper paths for my folders in the 'Static file' section of web app setup solved it for me.
The best tutorial I have watched in ages.
can you pls explain me how to find the python path
Thanks Antthony. The video has enabled me to produce a checklist for my project.

Also, by any chance could you do a tutorial on requirement files and how to securely add projects to GitHub? I've been really concerned about the security key being visible...is it supposed to be? Thanks again :)
I'll make more videos on working with Github soon. For now I just recommend creating a private repo on Github. That will solve a few of your problems.
Okay, thank you, and looking forward to them :)
Thanks much for the guidance

Hey Anthony, great video...I got mine up and running. I was wondering though if I want to make changes, say to the models.py file, do I do it from the terminal using vim or emacs or is there a better way to access the files using a text editor.

Great thanks!!! I am successfully upload to hosting my first django project by this tutorial!!! :)
You're welcome! Thanks for watching.
Nice video ! But what if my code is not on GitHub and I want to upload my whole project from my compute, how can I do that ?
Same boat, I eventually just uploaded my project to GitHub and then followed this tutorial. If someone knows the more direct method, or has a link to instructions please share.
uploading up to an online repository is fairly easy enough, and something to learn. See how he downloaded it with one line of code? Uploads are just as easy to git , once you have it setup. many many tutorials on this. Easy way to have free cloud backups of your app AND version control. Win win :-) Bless Sings
@Preety Printed, Great tutorial. Thank you.
Awesome! it helped me a lot but i have an error:
LookupError at /
No installed app with label 'admin'.
what should i do to solve it? :(

Thanks a lot!! great tutorial!
Thanks a lot for this. I really found it useful. One question I still have is how do you then push your code to the right branch / make pull requests etc on github?
Is there something you can point me to that makes it simple in a pythonanywhere environment?
I think the git documentation is a good starting point: git-scm.com/docs/gittutorial
Your video is very great, but What can I do if I want to collectstatic again? I did it because I remove oneline in my remote repository and when I collectstatic it didn't work (new styles don't apply) so what can I do?
