why did I love this- I’m so glad they kind of addressed a few things like how Piper was supposed to be The Queen of Hearts and how Carter wore the Funder Bros t-shirt- and, hey, at least we have confirmation Angela didn’t get kidnapped like I thought she did- oh, and yeah, when I first watched it I was confused on why Piper was so chill talking to the person that completely shattered her confidence- like can we not have Angela apologise to her and all that-

Emily has such strong relationships with her dancers. When she said "good luck my girl." I immediately thought of in s6 when she said about Piper, "that's my girl." I'm happy that they didn't screw up HER development.

Right for Richelle and Emily moment my heart felt wholesome ( is that how u use the word wholesome oh well idk ) it was literally the Richelle Emily moment I was waiting for because I loved their relationship but I felt that we kinda lost that in season 5. Anyway I loved it I just wish we had the moment or any other scenes with them on the show

I REALLY wanted to have the Richelle and Emily scene in the main show because it was so wholesome! It was so cute and the character development for Richelle went way High which is very rare. Also I was just wondering Maybe Kingston, Lily, or Kenzie told the rest of a troupe in their own time abouts Angela but it wasn't mentioned in the actual show so I would have definitely liked to see how Piper and everyone else reacts to that. Can't wait for the new series Alishea! Also if you go on Emmerly Tinglin's youtube Channel (Actress who plays Kenzie) and check out her latest video, she mentions you Alishea!

I feel like this was an afterthought. They realized that there was stuff that had been cut out, and decided to shove it into this. I also think that they filmed each person's part separately rather than it being a zoom call which is why it feels so disjointed (or at least it did to me). It seems like it was forcing everything that they thought hadn't been answered together, and honestly it doesn't seem that well written or acted. (Although covid would have affected the quality as well so can't blame the writers for it completely)
We were truly robbed of those Emily and Richelle scenes

They look so much better in these than the actual show. And those richemilly scenes literally triggered me. Like why would you delete those😭. And then theres kenzy who NEVER EVER has a story line. She talked more in this than season 6 and 7 combined

Honestly the vidcast was the sort of content we needed for all of s7. Couples being unproblematic, and wholesome, friends caring about each other, richemily. ♥️

i don't think it backtracked Richelle's development because this would be Miss Angela's podcast in the TNS world meaning Richelle would be at the centre of a lot of drama if she exposed the reason. plus Richelle would be intelligent enough to not reveal the true reason so it doesn't become a defining factor in her dance career. so i wouldn't say the vidcast backtracked on Richelle.
She would want people to know the real reason though I think. Especially as they asked about Maria. If people thought she quit solo just cause she thought she'd lose, that's not gonna do much for her reputation!
Theory the cafe in season eight will be called Nachonals. This is because James was from tns, and he loves shawarmas, and shawarmas are wrapped with wraps, and wraps are used in tortillas, which come from Mexico, and Mexico is home of the nacho. There! Season 8 bar will be Nachonals

I really like the idea of Henry having a great career and knowing what he wants to do after the next step, he deserves a good storyline but I really hope that doesn’t get in the way of his relationship with Amy. They’re really cute together and you can see that they love each other so if they break up I’m gonna be really heartbroken 😔

This is unrelated but I was just rewatching season 5 and realized tns foreshadowed Amy going to acronation. In episode 15 at the end she says "I'm going to be competing against my friends" she thought she'd be at Gemini but she actually still ends up competing against her friends
Emily is the next step’s best studio head. PERIOD. Yes she wasn’t there that much, but when she was, the episodes were better, so much more entertaining!
Debatable haha, I think in a couple episodes she was there she pretty much just either stayed in the office and didn't even help the dancers 😂

Imagine how great it would be to cut the whole Finn and Piper arguments and we could instead get the scenes said in this video. Instead of losing because of Pinn in a fight, it could have been a big plot twist that they lost and then A-Troupe would realise that they need Richelle to win.

BTW, I think the actress of Miss Angela legitimately had laryngitis because she had different outfits when she did the 1st and last podcast, which means that the last one was filmed on different day.
I think when Kenzie said a face returns or something like that I think she means someone is coming back maybe Noah might come back to be the new studio head or Jackie might come back or they both come back something like that anyways

Hi it me summer! Thank you for telling me its on CBBC and i have watched all the episodes! thank you so so much!!! U are a star❤️
Going into this, I really thought it'd be cringy and would have the same filler quality as some of the episodes, but I actually really enjoyed it. Things I didn't like, though:
-Heath and Ozzy having a rivalry. AGAIN.
-When I saw that ep 6 would be a couple's quiz, I really wanted Richelle and Ozzy to do one alongside Pinn and Kily. Maybe if Amy and Summer did the "making the Alice dance" episode, or maybe if one of them did that and the other helped Kenzie with the bloopers ep, Richozzy might've been able to do the couple's quiz.
- Why was Piper talking to Angela so nonchalantly?!
- WHY WAS THE RICHEMILY MOMENT NOT IN THE SHOW?!?!
- Nick avoiding TNS.
I think that's about it...but watching the couple's quiz ep, I forgot how precious Sage was lol

What I don't understand is that none of them had ever been in a green room before? I haven't done dance in a while and I didn't do competition dance, but for all of our year end recitals we had a green room and from a pretty young age most of us knew what it was. It just seems odd that none of them knew what a green room was.

Wait but I’m confused. At the end of season six, when Noah and Jacquie were breaking up, Noah said (In talking heads) this isn’t good bye not yet. Does that mean that they were still together after the whole dance duet. Also, when they were dancing in the finals after Miss Angela was disqualified they kissed at the end when they found out that they won. So did they break up after regionals or did Jacquie leave because of Noah BECAUSE they are actually still together off of the show? (Not in real life, but off screen if that makes sense.)
