the streak is to the left in exo because since the deviation is outwards, focus would be put on the temporal side of the fovea thus casting the image on nasal aspect of the vf (due to partial decussation in optic chiasm). this is also known as crossed diplopia.
The interpretation in this test is same as you do in a visual field study.. i.e the patient is sitting same in as yours. So here B is exo because the white dot is seen by left eye which is on the right side of the red line (which is seen by right eye). And vice versa.
Nice vid, but sound is poor. should have used a voice-over or wireless mic. Also, the examining room should have been a fake, and that would have allowed padding for sound if you don't have a wireless mic.

Muchas gracias por la explicacion, saludos desde Lima-Peru
What determines which direction the streak is located. Why is the red streak to the left in of the spot of light in exophoria. .
As for the distance his deviation was higher than 10 prism dioptres or 5 degrees does he need prism correction in his spectacles ?
1:25 B is Eso and C is Exo. Because Exo has crossed diplopia and eso has uncrossed diplopia.
