Unfortunate that the admins deemed a honest mistake for literally glitch raiding and announced it ruining the whole point of a competition but still seemed like a good time

Honestly that’s a pretty shit decision by the admin about the “glitch raiding”. They got their entire base back because of one bug, at one moment. With that logic and with how buggy Dayz is, the admin would be refunding gear and bases all bloody day. I can’t count the amount of times I’ve died to bugs/glitches. That’s just the way it is in Dayz. As long as there is no intent, people should just move on. That’s the game.

wtf. Why wasn't the footage enough to convince the admins u weren't trying to "glitch raid?" You got penalized for a Dayz glitch? And it didn't even give you an advantage to begin with. That sucks, been wanting to see you in a competition for a while. Also, 53:20 This is one of my gaming pet peavs, at least when they act like its your fault: "Hey my teammate is holding an angle ready to fire! I will zig zag in his path! Hey! you shot me! watch what you're doing!" 🙃

We dis not really get punished for it. We could keep all the stuff from their base but they got the base back. I dont really know everything was so messy at the end of the event.
@@hocken123 - oh I thought you said they got their stuff back because of it. And since they announced to the server you were glitch raiding it seems everyone quit?(I'm guessing because they didn't want to play against "cheaters?" which seems weird because if the admins were actively policing supposed 'glitch raiders' where is the incentive to quit? quitting only makes sense if there's nothing that can be done about it) So all those teams just flushed all that work down the drain? Super weird. Anyway, glad you guys took it in stride, I'd have been a lot more frustrated after all that work to have it end that way
@@ikigai47 ye i think i messed up that voiceline in the video you are right. We kept what we got and they got the base back and im assuming items aswell. Admins were also watching the whole raid but said nothing about us doing anything wrong. Then we got told later on. Everything was just wierd tbh.

Honestly the admins must have changed their mind after that team was spamming them and crying or something. There was no problem st first but the day after it suddenly was.

I think it was Venividivici and Northmen along with a lot of admins but unfortunately there was so much complaining and wierd stuff happening so im guessing its not gonna be hosted again by the same ppl. 🙁
