    i think ,hve you think too that it would shrink,if used in baking bec its too high heat,but still try it as experiment uf you love experiment observe well its part of sciencr of coocking ,you hve to know the temp heat etc, im sure it will shink ,,its only made of acid coonut etc and they let it grow n matured,its like growing plant but it differnt plant .uts good for the bidy bec its coconut but the acid used its the problem there,i dont know wht is the content of that acid uses

      I dont think you can use nata de coco in baking. I dont know im not so sure coz i have'nt tried it.

    Another way po n pwede rin nyo itry n procedure ng pagluto ng nata is after nyo mahugasan pakuluan po ang nata ng 10 minutes.and after kumulo idrain.and then pag wla n tumutulo water.ibabad n ang nata s sugar 1 kilo nata to 1/2 sugar.ang secret po nyan ay ung sugar ang mag aabsorb s nata para maging malambot at mkunat ang nata.overnight babad po s sugar at pandan. Lagyan lng po ng 1 to 2 cups n water pag kumukulo n haluin pra d masunog.mas mtgal n nakababad s sugar ang nata mas masarap lasa nata khit d p nyo nluluto.pero need p rin isalang for 10 to 15 minutes.

      Hindi na po ganun lang po sya. Tpos the next day itapat nyo po s running water pero mahina lang ng tubig and pabayaan nyo po umawas.

      Mam sa mga palengke po may mabibili po kayo dun sa mga nagtitinda ng mga sago at iba pang ingredients na pang halo halo. Sa laguna po kasi sa place ng husband ko madami po nagbebenta ng nata.

      Coconut cream po is yung unang piga sa niyog na walang halong tubig po.

      Hello, wash the nata de coco. For several times and then let the water in the faucet flow until the sourness of the nata is gone (u have to bite to see if it's not sour anymore) soak it in sugar and pandan leaves for at least an hour (much better if overnight). Cook the nata for at least 30-45 minutes in low fire without adding water.

      Di ko na po alam mga pinag sasabi ko dyan hehehe. Baka po ibig ko sabhin pabayaan na umawas ang tubig hehehe. Pero medyo magastos po yun lalo ngayon mahal na lahat ng bayarin. Isang option po is yung pinag hugasan ng bigas yun po ang ipang babad nyo. Papalitan nyo na lang tuwing maghuhugas kayo ng bigas hanggang sa mawala na yung asim sa nata.
