1979 Vespa V100 (pre sport) with Handlebar End Turn Signals

1979 Vespa V100 originally from Canada. Kept in a retirement community in Florida for who knows how long. Non-running with rusty tank when purchased.
Finally got this running with the original stator rewired in the original configuration as shown in the wiring diagram that came with it in the manual from Vespa, which solved issues with brake light and turn signals not working correctly.
