Maybe they should have given tickets and then called to get the dolls. Perhaps next time. I see 20% off is incentive. Expensive tickets and traveling. They need to provide more for the amount of people that went. Maybe three sites to buy the dolls and given a ticket number to be called to get your purchase. That could be a better experience so no panic.

I will also say in defense of the messy situation, they specifically never advertised that the dolls would be available there. They did say exclusive merch and stuff. But everyone paid into the event with no confirmed expectation of it having dolls. That was a surprise to all of us. That being said, organization was handled poorly.
That is very true! So I guess there were no promises to be broken 🤔 But I guess after everyone found out about what was available that’s what caused the disappointment. 😅 I’m sure they’ll do better next time tho!
I don't get why they don;t just be honest then. Don't sell $80-$90 ticket promising 20% off the your merch is just t-shirt and journal when you are a doll company. If you are selling almost $100 ticket people are gonna expect something good not t-shirt and a journal and "stuff". That the part that piss me off. I was expecting some cool stuff like announcement for new dolls we never heard of, them selling new doll we have never seen etc but MGA wouldn't disclose what was and wasn;t gonna be at the event. So many of us "gamble" and went expecting so much and got nothing. I wouldn;t be as mad if I knew that all that was there was a small shop selling some ser 4 doll, Tshirt, and journal and possibly some photoshoot opportunity. Sure no promise was broke but it was very misleading considering how high the ticket price got. You don;t expect people willing to drop almost $100 for just ser 4 and t-shirt IMO (So this was my main issue is lack of communication/discourse especially with the ticket prices)
They did advertise dolls though. On the Rainbow high page they have a saved story where someone asked if they will sell dolls at the event and they said "Yes! There will be an exclusive one-time only shopping experience!"

It is glued/pegged in, but it can be twisted off fairly easily I believe
