I now know why my parents get all nostalgic about “oh back in my day” cause damn this was back in my day. It was the best years of my life and I took it for granted.
I was 10 or 11 years old the first time I came across this intro Mom bought me and my little brother discs for Playstation 2 And I would wait every day to turn on the Sony and insert the disc and I'll admit that I would have enjoyed the intro more than the game itself 😝 Today I am 25 years old 😪 And the truth is I miss those days like I don't miss anything else 🤕
Back when I was at my grandparents house, they weren't my actual grandparents but I knew them since I was little, especially my grandfather taught me so much and was more a father to me then my real one. I had a GameCube over there with a couple of games and whenever I had some free time I played with it, I just remembered this games name and how much I loved it back then.
I remember playing this every Saturday morning on my day off from Elementary school lol. Good old times i thank my dad he got me this game at the time he did
Thank god I was born when I was. I was able to grow up normal and be a kid playing playstation 1/2 and ride my bmx bike. Kids today only care about being online and their "gender identity." They don't even know what they're missing.
My neighbor is a bit of an old school gamer but still builds motorcycles and mini trucks. I game sometimes but spend as much time as possible in the garage. He's maybe 8 years older than me. He cannot get his kids off the computer. They give zero fucks about ever being outside and look miserable when they are. We're that weird generation that can work a computer but can also build things.
Even with the PlayStation’s dogshit 2FPS video capabilities, Rick Thorne’s montage at the end of the game is high octane pure energy! Rick Thorne was _(and still is!)_ an absolute BEAST!!! 🚲❤️✌️😎🤟
This makes me more emotional than it should. To go back to the days of playing this as a care free kid
literally shedding a tear watching this. God it makes me feel so old
Facts 🥺

I remember when I was a kid I'd watch this skit over and over again before I played just so I could listen to the song

BMX freestyle rider Matt Hoffman is my idol when I’m growing up as a teenager in the 80’s.
