These guys do realize that they can improv right? It seems like most of the "fail rp" incidents are "you didn't follow the specific script in my mind". But I guess asking mods and admins for GTA to have fun and gain a sense of humor is too much to ask.

1) Power role (which they themselves have)
2) Submissive role (which everyone else has), aka the role where you're supposed to obey their orders while they arrest/staff jail you for anything. No stepping out of line allowed. Conveniently ignoring the fact that they are playing a game in which you are a criminal.
99% of "roleplayers" aren't familiar with the basic idea of improv which is "yes, and". They're all with the mentality of "no, but". They don't roleplay to express their creativity by playing a character, they're playing themselves but without the idea that they're losers IRL. It's why they can't handle being challenged and it's why they always resort to reporting you if they don't have the upper hand all the time. They see this as an opportunity to exert power over others the same way other people exert power over them in everyday life. It's sad and it's very counterproductive as a coping mechanism.
Look at Nopixel if you want proper example of GTA roleplay. The whitelisting procedure is very strict, which means only the best are allowed to play there and it shows. People actually play their characters and they're not afraid to be the losers of a situation. They play along and have fun with it. The perpretrators aren't assholes either, so the players have fun together without animosity being stirred.
Why is that first cop such a knob head?!?!? Dude defo has no fun in life.... that was perfect for a funny situation trying to deal with the citizens arrest from Jay. I swear people just are too stuck up and dont know how to have fun.....

"No intent to rp" whilst everyone else's response to your RP is to either shoot or immediately arrest you? No 'wow, thanks for ramming the suspect's car citizen, you're a hero! you can let the professionals take it from here' to get you to leave instead of 'lol arrested haha'
i always love how they talk about rp, while arresting you from being near them, like that what first auditor do on a daily basic and arresting them is unconstitutional and a crime XD
If you get in trouble just tell them you're roleplaying as innocent

Seems like such a great rp server! would recommend constructing a raid and ruining the server even more until the admins quit their jobs (not even that its a real job) so they can finally touch grass!
