Nothing. See promotion in RBI is slow. And many grade B officers are stuck on the same level for many years. So there's the frustration among them and the unions have been expressive about this fact. RBI is trying to address this issue. This is the only true information available. Anyone saying anything else is either hyping stuff up or is simply trying to get more views.
