I heard a rule of thumb,, 30K subs you can live of,, and 10K if you are a shopping channel 🙂 There is also a differences in what people can live of, in PT it is perfectly to live of €600-800 a month, witch in other countries is just funny money. I do not like to try to sell stuff too much to the audiences, I will show stuff, and those in need, will most likely find the link in the description,, but I do not like the shopping channel pushing thing.

Regarding the unknown pieces of land in Portugal, it is pretty common mainly due to elder people not registering their properties because then they would have to pay taxes over it, and/or in case of any sort of damage resulting from arsoning, they would have most likely to pay an indemnity to the ones harmed by it. And regarding what people said in your member video, I honestly wouldn't really pay much attention to it as we all know that you aren't making any fortune out of youtube. Keep up with your videos! Jasper, I adore you! You have a great personality and your doggos are amazing. I have been watching you from the beginning and will continue to watch if you allow me after what I have to say. One of the reasons I watch several of my favorite UA-cam videos of people doing what you do is because they are always making some kind of real progress. They usually tackle one project at a time but might also include some other needed project to add interest to the property. This is where I think you will get upset with me. You are spreading yourself thin and never really completing a project. A finished project and the steps along the way providers for interesting content such as when you were putting on your roof, I saw your numbers going up but when you abandoned your house project to do other things including a garden, I saw your number going down. Many people don't know that the smaller channels on you tube make small change only, every month. Averaging a few hundred. The only ones who make good money where you can actually live off of it--are the big channels...like those with 1/2 million subscribers.

It says more about their sad lives than anything else. Yes, those comments can tickle your balls, but there are way more people who think what you do is fantastic.
Jasper, its amazing you are staying reasonably sane and remarkably not too frustrated in the vids you release. Very commendable Sir. The land thing reminds me of land deals very early in America when boundaries were not always known. One of the things I can see that people have issues with is you do not seem to work fast enough to get things done. WHAT THEY DO NOT REALIZE that REAL reno's always take much longer than planned and that the commercial TV programs over herer are not real time and sometimes the paperwork and sourcing materials take months to get thru. You have a loyal viewer base, and most of us realize that there is a whole different way of doing and time frames since your in Portugal and not in the states or some other countries. Thats just how it goes. I am not immune to watching the slow progress of some things but Stuff takes Time !!! You are doing well with the reno's and looking back at the before's, you have made great progress. I see you working hard but you do not describe the products and your projects. Plz describe what your plan is for every episode and if you do not finish, label part 1 video etc... Every video should be like a academic paper , first sentence describes what is going to be in the body and conclusion at the end. Very easy and simple. You can also edit parts where you are not talking and over dub.

The UA-cam money days died years ago. I subscribe to alott of different channels that went from 10.000 views to a few hundred. From 2000 live views to 75 things have changed. Maybe spread the base to cover different broadcasting names. I don't have the answer or help only comment and a thumbs up. But I enjoy the vidz cheers

The people who criticise you are just ignorant and don’t realise it’s not just the time and effort you put into making the enjoyable videos, you also have the expense of cameras and equipment you use to make the videos. Hey Jasper I get where you coming from sometimes i start a project and when i get stuck instead of messing it i start something else and then go back to the project i got stuck in finishing and low and behold the stuck project then gets finished. Sometimes it helps to remove yourself from it start another then go back to previous one and also it stops you from getting bored. Carry on what your doing the way you want to do it. Behind you all the way. I enjoy watching everything you do and yes slowly but surely its all coming together. You have so much going on , you do need to get organized which make your life a lot easier.. The weeds/grass is getting out of hand , so that is another thing to put on your list of things to do. Jasper since you are buy up all the property that you can in Ghost town , who will get all of your assets if something was to happen to you? I hope you have a plan put in place. I personally think the haters should **** off, Do they no realise that doing a rebuild on your own most of the time, jobs become tedious and moving on to do something else is a good way to stop the boredom and keep you sane. Working by yourself most days can be a real struggle with only 2 dogs and a camera to talk too. Nobody to bounce idea's off, get advise, or even just to have some general chat must be very hard let alone the vast amount of work to complete alone with learning the new tasks as you go. Jasper, I commend you on your bravery and mental stability, most of the haters or as I call them "no idea numpties" would last 5 minutes taking on your tasks. Hi Jasper, I have been enjoying watching your videos from the beginning and I just want to encourage you to keep going. The people who criticise you are just ignorant and don’t realise it’s not just the time and effort you put into making the enjoyable videos, you also have the expense of cameras and equipment you use to make the videos. Plus you have to pay girls in treats to star in them.
UA-cam is hard work and so is also doing a job….some people get lots of subscribers and then you get some who just watch the videos n not subscribe, I don’t understand why some people don’t just subscribe as it helps the UA-camr look forward to creating more videos….

I get where you coming from sometimes i start a project and when i get stuck instead of messing it i start something else and then go back to the project i got stuck in finishing and low and behold the stuck project then gets finished. Sometimes it helps to remove yourself from it start another then go back to previous one and also it stops you from getting bored. Carry on what your doing the way you want to do it. Behind you all the way. I enjoy watching everything you do and yes slowly but surely its all coming together. You buy what you wanna buy haters they can keep their comments to themselves and watch him before you make unfounded horrible comments. Maybe if you watch Jasper you will understand and appreciate him.

Jasper do you still have your camera/editor man there,? Sorry I can't remember his name. I haven't seen him since he started on the container making a place for himself. You have so much going on , you do need to get organized which make your life a lot easier.. The weeds/grass is getting out of hand , so that is another thing to put on your list of things to do. Jasper since you are buy up all the property that you can in Ghost town , who will get all of your assets if something was to happen to you? I hope you have a plan put in place. Anyway take care , keep on doing your best.
I personally think the haters should **** off, Do they no realise that doing a rebuild on your own most of the time, jobs become tedious and moving on to do something else is a good way to stop the boredom and keep you sane. Working by yourself most days can be a real struggle with only 2 dogs and a camera to talk too. Nobody to bounce idea's off, get advise, or even just to have some general chat must be very hard let alone the vast amount of work to complete alone with learning the new tasks as you go. Jasper, I commend you on your bravery and mental stability, most of the haters or as I call them "no idea numpties" would last 5 minutes taking on your tasks. Keep it going my friend we are all behind you.
