This turned out really cool, I think it would be even cooler if you add just a tiny bit of moss beginning to climb up his armour and in the divets of his skull.
damn, you where first :)
This is incredible! I loved the weathering on the armour. Opportunity lost to add a creepy crawly living in his skull or a woodland creature in his helmet hahah. Great work!
Absolutely beautiful!!!
The scenery looks real.
Congrats on becoming a father!!
SUper cool! If you want some constructive criticism: a little moss and/or scatter over the knight would sell that they have been there ages - seasons - and that the duff from the trees has started to build up on and around them.
Missed an opportunity to moss up the fallen knight... but it still looks fantastic and was a brilliant idea. An enviable effort, I admire your talent
Says he is a bad painter.
Paints an amazing rusted skele dude.
Just found your channel. Subbed.
Looks awesome. The moss works really well and you painted the skull really well.
Congratulations on the new member of your family too.
The armor looked pretty good, but it might have looked more rusted and all if you painted it with the rest colors and then dry brushed the metallic at the end. You can still see a lot of the metallic shine beneath the rusting, but it still looked good.
This is absolutely amazing!! The attention to detail is next level.. wants to start doing Dioramas for a while now and this video has pushed me over the edge to get a kit together and finally do one. Keep smashing the great content out 👏
That is a great diorama. Congratulations on your new arrival! I hope that you and the Missus are doing fine--aside from the sleep deprivation.
Thank you! Everyone is doing great 👍 but as you say, a little more sleep would be nice 😂
Beautiful diorama those laser cut plants are very effective, the glossy finish gives the look of real leaves.
This is a really amazing vignette, beyond my current technical abilities. My only aesthetic critique is that the skull looks like it's still very upright for a fully ripened cadaver, I would expect it to be lolling off kilter once the body shrinks up and the bones have had time to disarticulate..
Dude probably didn’t know all that 😭
That is an awesome little diorama. I'm very impressed with your paint job on the knight. And i love the little mushrooms!
I’d love to see more dark fantasy based dioramas!
Looks great! The paints really make the moss pop. It really does look like a damp, cold forest floor - very realistic.
Great finished piece. Congratulations on your baby! 🎉
"I'm not a very good painter." Proceeds to paint highly realistic weathered metal armor!
Looks awesome! Congrats on the new baby.
This is excellent work. Forest/jungle terrain makes for some of the most labor-intensive diorama settings, but you pulled it off!
@@gameyybuilds You're not wrong. I find its some of the most satisfying terrain to create . I'm so glad you enjoyed it and keep up the good work 👏 I really love your videos!
stunning looking diorama!
This is beautiful.
Great work! Love the painting of the moss I'll have to try that sometime.
Thank you! Can't wait to see what you do with it :)
The result is outstanding 👍👍
Glad you think so!
Really cool base. 🌳
An extra limb would make the AI look even extra realistic 😁
Great dio!
Looks awesome 😊
This is great. Well done
Awesome diorama sir! And congrats with your newborn!
Thanks a bunch!
This turned out awesome! A real inspiration
Great diorama 👍👍👍👍
This is so cool! Really digging the forest vibe and can't wait to see more dark fantasy stuff. Well done!
Outstanding. Thank you.
'ol skelly boi looks pretty chippa ,chillin Betwixt the roots n leaves.
Superb work - you've really brought that vegetation to life!
Thanks, Lee!
Looks good.
Nice little diorama.
Huge congrats on your new baby boy!!
Thank you!
Fantastic bro so well done only thing i can see to make it a we bit better is the position of the skull. I think if he's been sitting there so long then his skull would be sitting at a less natural position, maybe back against the ground or sunken into the Armour.
Thank you! I did play around with it a little before finally deciding on this position. I was just kinda worried about breaking the delicate resin prints.
@CTDioramas oh I hear that the amount of them I've broken is laughable. But again I love the work mate the attention to detail is off the chain.
Amazing job! You inspired me to try this out myself.
@@khazmodan that's awesome! Have fun 👍
Turned out awesome. Gave ya a sub after watching. I love watching Diaroma stuff because I use the techniques for my RC stuff and courses.
Incredible
I'd like to see more dark fantasy themed diorama
Few days ago I've thinking if it's possible to create a diorama on a real plant vase.
That would be cool!
It’s dope as hell. Your painting skills are top notch also don’t sell yourself short my dude.
Thank you!
Really looks nice. This is the first video of yours I'm seeing. One detail question: dry brushing the steel color onto the raised parts makes sense normally, since that's where any paint would be rubbed off etc., but if his now dead body has been here a while, those are specifically the spots that would rust first. I'd think doing that drybrushing with rust instead of the raw steel might contribute to the aging and weathering you're going for with this scene. Thoughts?
Fantastic work
First time seeing your videos, that was amazing and I can’t wait to see more
Great work! Definitely going to subscribe :) and congratulations!!! I wish you and your new smol family happiness and health! :7
SUperb basing and painting, nice details and splendid armor!
Sick good work
Hi, das Model ist doch der Hammer und du sagst du kannst nicht malen das schaut alles so super gut und echt sehr schön aus. Weiter so.👍
SUPER sick!!!!
“Your baked, who’s cooking” ahh inspiration 😭
Love the Dark Fantasy tiktoks so watched this asap soon as I seen your upload! Terrain looks so natural and paint job really good. Think however the new desk setup steals the show, incredibly satisfying
Thank you! Honestly, it's been a game changer 😂
@CTDioramas Please include footage of it in further vids ahaha
nice work bro
you remind me of north of the border (the youtuber)
Please do more Dark Fantasy!!!
Where did you buy that action fig? It’s soooo cool! Edit Nevermind I found it in the description!😊 thanks!
Well, inspire-ception. While you were making this one, I felt inspired to make a smaller Trench Crusade version of it for my Dirge of the Great Hegemon warband as a Field Shrine.
Sounds great! I'd love yo see that 😁
That is 482 different kinds of badass!

Good Job buddy!😎😎😎
Nuevo sub y yo digo que hagas mas de este estilo. ❤
OK just found your channel and have been binge watching for hours i think i better subscribe lol you have some awesome stuff do you ever sell any of it ?
super cool dude!
New to the channel, great work bud! An arrow or two impale the knight's armor?
Insta sub. Love dark fantasy ❤
I would've added some moss or lichen growing over his hands and legs a bit just to make him look locked in and aged a bit more. But awesome job on this!
Great work. It would be fabulous if a plant came out of his eye.
This is almost a 1 to 1 recreation of a scene from Matt Colville's book Priest and one of my favorite parts at that.
Ok you have a new baby.(this may be my
answer) I was wondering (first time here so
please forgive my Ignorance) you have a
3D printer, Hot Wire cutter, Airbush kit and
a power drill. But no small power saw?🤔
Congratulations on the new member of the
Family. Wait till next Christmas when he's
more aware of the world around him. What
a Joy. 🌟🎄⛄🍭🎁🍬🤗💕 My bad I have been here once before. 11 month's ago when you made that nice gift for your wife. 👍🏻
Hey CT! Beautiful work as always.
If you dont mind I'm wondering, how do you determine what type of glue you need to use for each material (gluing twigs with mod podge, trunk with super glue, etc.)
Thanks so much!
Astonishing
Dope!
Hi there he looks great.x
Que coisa incrível!
How do u get your cutting mats so clean 👁👁
It would look cool if you had some vines growing over the dead knight
You kept making the ground look better and better and better! And that armour looks amazing, great job as always man!
@@PKTCrafts Thank you buddy I really appreciate it 🙏 now I need to crack on with my CFH entry! 😁
@ looking forward to that very much!
Jedi beheads someone, knight loses head and receives cursed skull. My first thought? "'Tis but a scratch!"
Youre a genius.
What's the link to the figure you used? I've had a similar idea recently but didn't wanna buy a super expensive figure. Wonderful video 🤙
@@zachogborn2398 I picked it up on ebay.....I'll see if I can find a link and add it into the description 👍
Amazing but one thing i would've done was add damages to the armor putting in detail how he died
The thumbnail reminds me of something out of Love Death and Robots episode, Jibaro.
you should def go back and add a glowing loot orb in is legs!
Hey, I don't know if you posted this yourself or if UA-cam thought: "Yolo!", but I prefer to hear your original voice than AI-Paule.
But I like what I see, a really cool diorama and a really good presentation. Keep it up. ^^ Just please no AI or UA-cam buys better voices.
I think this is a new UA-cam feature 🤔 if you go onto settings...audio track... and pick original English audio. You should get my original upload! Hope this helps 👍
@@CTDioramas Yes. ^^
If a mushroom was growing out of the eye it would make a huge difference
Im goin to make a "conquistador" one
I was watching the video without audio an i almost have a heart attack when you started to cut down the figma demon souls figure (didn´t know it was a bootleg).
Hell yeah
The heroes shade??? Legend of Zelda
❤
Bro made a fantastic place to bleed out in
AI is so gross
Why?
Some AI*
Other ai are helping save lives in the medical field
So, artist input...I think ai can be a decent tool to help people visualize where they want a work to go, or how to do something along a certain style, but it is definitely no replacement for actual artists and shouldn't be used as such. I've noticed an absolutely MASSIVE uptick of homegoods and coloring books that are clearly created with ai and not changed. They are sold through small volume or print on demand companies and pop-up publishers in the case of the coloring books. It's skeevy because most people either won't notice or just don't care, but the money goes to giant mega-corps overseas when they could be purchasing books from actual artists. The same goes for decor items. I "watch" YT videos of people reading horror stories published on reddit, and almost all of them now just use straight ai images for their backgrounds. Many are glitchy and weird to hilarious in the background areas.
The real reason I dislike that so much is that each image takes as much energy to produce as charging the average smartphone once. That might not seem significant until you think about how many billions of images are created, not to mention the people replaced in customer service roles. In the USA big companies are talking about buying out nuclear power plants and selling a fraction of the energy produced back to the community while using most of it to power ai farms, which is absolutely insane.
If you must use it, use it wisely and with discretion.
@3r1k_2generative ai is a soulless, cynical bastardisation of human creativity. Trained off of stolen work so that some asshole tech bro can get rich by replacing human artists. F$%k ai. Gross doesn’t even come close to describing it.
Fantastic. Looks so realistic.
Ai is great
Wait, aí is cool but knock-off action figures are not?
That's brilliant, I love the attention to detail.
One minor criticism - the end music didn't really match the subject matter.
Out of interest, when using soil, compost, etc do you sterilise it first by cooking it in some way? There's a lot of bacteria, mould spores, seeds, insects eggs, etc in such materials which could, over time, have a negative affect on the diorama for example, your health too perhaps. You could cook the soil/compost in the oven I guess but that could end up stinking out your house, so maybe cook outside on a tray placed on a portable gas stove instead? Or the microwave? I'm no idea, not a modeller myself, just some thoughts. I'm sure there's some info on that online.
Yes, it's normally good practice to sterilise any natural product for this sort of use. I like to use the oven (normally when my wife isn't at home!) to slowly heat potting soil, etc. It's a relatively easy way to prevent issues down the line 👍
Take all my money

"I'm not a very good painter" 😅
Not a fan of AI. And I don't condone it's use. But, this is amazing work. Looks great.
You really need to upgrade your tools, otherwise you can't be the best only using your skill
Why use IA? Men, you doing a good job, but relay in IA its so wrong.
