This is exactly why I think that a new Bee Gees album with all these gems like this one and Sensuality that never got released. We could still have great Bee Gees music.
Barry's voice is doing a three-fold. He's using falsetto, natural voice, and that light breathy voice. I love when we hear Robins vocal come floating in! Kicks it up another notch. I'm with you Chad when you said "C'mon Robin!" That's exactly how I felt!😉😁
Honey the Bee Gees can sing any thing! Their blend....❤ None are close to The Bee Gees... I love Barry's falsetto...but his natural is overwhelming at times...just takes you away. Then when they build off of each other, truly...dynamic!!! The Bee Gees are smooooth.

It was on the cd single of how to fall in love pt1 from Size isn’t everything, such a great song don’t know why it didn’t get on the album there’s also ‘My Destiny’ that is on the paying the price of love cd single another great song from around the time of size isn’t everything x
This was my first time hearing this song and I absolutely love it! That's so funny that people always say they could sing the phone book and sound amazing and they literally did in this song! I'm with you on listening to it on repeat!
Awsome little gem! I always enjoyed this song. It was released as an extra track on their 'Kiss of life' single. At least here in the Netherlands. I had requested it once or twice, so a nice surprise to see this track come by. There were more single releases that had so called bonus tracks on them. Among 'Rings around the moon', 'Love never dies', 'Just in Case' and 'My destiny' for instance. All gems that somehow didn't make it on their album releases.
Yes, you’re just cracking yourself up, aren’t you! But you’re right. I noticed that too in the beginning - it was almost kind of “half falsetto” - that breathiness I love so much. And then right into chest voice. Never heard this before, but I was groovin’ to it.
Si Si Si Chad!!! Finally!! I love this one. And you're right, it's from 'Size' but unfortunatelly it was not part of the album IDK Why, just B Side of How To Fall In Love Pt 1 (yes, you already reacted to that one and was never a Pt 2, strange). Thank you so much for this one, I like that you liked it!!!
Great reaction Chad. Love this song, can't believe this was a 'B' side and not on an album. Voices are fab and what a great dance tune. Beautiful! Thanks x
So happy to hear this, and I promise I would have called them back!!! I think others have mentioned it was the B side to "How to Fall..." but not on the album. Thanks Chad. I am playing a little air drums right now.
We do some one step forward and then back, but on the whole she is getting better. Thank you for checking. How are you getting along? I am really wishing for spring to arrive.
@@Scuderia_Fan I guess someone at the record company thought they could guess which songs would excite different demographics. I love the r&b feel of How to Fall.., but wow, Kiss of Life is energetic and full of fun vocal progressions.
Yes I did the same. I bought the singles as well, just to get my hands on those tracks. 'My Destiny' is awsome, I did request that a while back. It will come by one day for us all to enjoy!
Chad....if you haven't already reacted to it....you should react to "Jumbo" by the Bee Gees in their early years....it has a rift in it that will surprise you....I can't imagine how Barry was able to sing it without loosing his breath.
This is a new one on me. You seem to be doing that a lot lately, Chad! (BTW, that downtown scene reminds me of Independence, Mo. Wonder if I'm close? 🤔)
@@DianaJG8 Well this came up so I took another look. I just figured out it is Seattle - the stadium on the right is Lumen Field. Hopefully it gets to you.
@@DianaJG8 The video went by pretty fast, but my guess earlier was Chicago because Chad said he is relatively close to there. I don't have a real working knowledge of Seattle, for sure no recognition of streets, but I did go there once a long time ago. When I saw your message I froze the frame and, squinting a little through my nearsightedness, I could see the sign on the stadium says Lumen Field. That's where the Seahawks play. So, I checked myself by the street sign that went by so fast, and sure enough Mr. google says Alaskan Way is a street in Seattle near the stadium. I did not know the street without a little googling. LOL Nothing like a good distraction every now and then.
Fabulous bros. Gibb, it's a wonderful song, that one. Try not to sing, Chad? I couldn't do so. In the age of thirteen, heard them singing songs like 'New York Mining Desaster 1941' and 'To Love Somebody', it's been a must for me to sing the refrains at first. My voice began to crush but the more I got to my masculine voice, the more I tried. And so there were so many songs to explore, I've got to a level, which made me able to play in a school-band, those days. You must know, music kinda exploded in the roaring sixties. Was listening to Hollies, Tremeloes, Walker Brothers, The Who, Doors and Moody Blues, but first of all Bee Gees. Not so much Beatles or Rolling Stones, so they were like everybodies darling. And believe me, B-sides of bros. Gibb were always on top and many times not to find on albums. Would be so cool, to make an album out of.
Great reaction! A nice 1990’s dance club song. I think after Fever they purposefully stayed away from dance club songs, but they wrote them so well. I urge everyone who enjoys content creators on UA-cam, to support the channel financially in any way they can, as UA-cam does not
Jokingly, I always wondered why there was no area code for the number. I remember when you didn't need to dial the area code if it was a local call. Hey, Little things amuse me sometimes. LOL
*Q* hahaha, yes of course. You and I and millions more would've liked to be THAT woman whom these Adorable Men beg to answer the phone one day. I could've killed to own that number.

Hi Leslie! Thanks for your inquiry. I believe in Germany, this song was featured on the B Side of the 7" CD single, along with "How to Fall in Love, Pt. 1" and "Fallen Angel". So it is, in fact, a rare gem not released everywhere.

One of the great rare B-sides from the 90's. This and "My Destiny" (please react!) should have been on the "Size Isn't Everything" album instead of 'Above and Beyond' and 'Anything for You' which were much weaker songs.
