Good to see this, my grandfather would have been somewhere in this maybe. He was 8th Battalion, then a private, survived the war amazingly, and was Colour Sergeant Victor John Roy, 14066, mentioned in despatches. Survived only to fall to pneumonia in 1954, I was born in '55, sadly not to meet him.
