Just...wow. I've known for a long time Americans move around and drive a lot but as an European the distance you traveled is just bewildering to me. To put it into perspective, your trip is roughly equivalent of doing a roundtrip across the continent from Birmingham, UK to Damascus, Syria. Ignoring certain geopolitical issues, this comparative route passes through UK, France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Serbia, Bulgaria, Turkey and finally Syria. I'm not complaining or anything, just had to put this into perspective for myself.

We followed the same route most of the way. It was wonderful to see your great wildlife videography and nature scenes including the drone shots. @@thefreshwater2727 condolences. I remember being in a similar position. One of the best things I did, for myself was to clear the deck. The only thing I did was spend time with my husband, meet his needs, and sleep. Everything else I handed off. I hired people to come in and take care of my house, and I called up my community for food and grocery shopping. If you can lighten your load in anyway, so that you get to spend that precious last time with her, please do it. You will never regret it. I’m praying for you right now.

I’ve followed you guys for years, and it’s so cool to see you in the part of the world I live (between Chetwynd and Prince George)! I work as a wildlife biologist, and since you were wondering, its not unusual for animals to be so near the road. This is the leanest time of year for them, and the road salt (minerals) and early snowmelt in ditches and pipeline right-of-ways tends to draw them from winter ranges and instead concentrate them around highways and human settlements. Fun fact, that population of bison was actually introduced to northern BC, and that collared bison you saw is part of a study looking at their movement and survival.
P.S. That smoke in Williams Lake was probably a prescribed burn which uses controlled burns as a way to avoid very severe wildfires.

Super sad/happy to see you guys move to the new chapter of your life. You guys put so much work and love into that property but at the same time it’s super excited to see what is next in store for you both. I hope you guys bring all your chickens with you:)

Interesting to see bison before you reached Whitehorse. There's always lots around the Yukon/BC border. Fox are common in Whitehorse... EVERYWHERE! Also, there's a fairly large amount of feral horses between Haines Junction & Whitehorse. They have tried to round them up, but they have been too smart to get caught each time😂

Of all our UA-cam subscriptions, you guys are our favorites! We live in Nova Scotia so seeing Tim's and Canadian Tire was very familiar to us. The best quote of this particular video was when Arielle said"Wow! They have a lot of stuff in that shop" ‼️ that was an understatement. Keep up the great work!

Kluane is pronounced like clue-aww-knee. One of my favorite parts of that trip is driving along Kluane Lake but if I had to pick a favorite part it would 100% be the stretch around Muncho Lake. I always make sure to stop at the lodge there for food or overnight. One trip I did with my mom we saw 12 black bears in the 100 or so miles north of Muncho.
