Great video as always! I was only wondering if you could make your voice a little louder? The volume is fairly low compared to other YT videos, and I'm sure if you add a limiter you won't have any problems.
@@BackgammonisBeautiful Yep that would be nice otherwise we always have such a great jump in volume when watching videos on YT :) It's always better to use more of the available volume range to be not so close to the noise floor of the mic.
The last position is more difficult than you make out. Green's 13, 14 or 15 are all jokers, but 11, 12 and especially 16 are anti-jokers. And white's EV is higher after eating 2 and green dances than it is if white plays safe (presumably at least in part because you can bear off 13 checkers faster than 14 and it's not that hard for green to bear off before you finish).
Thanks for your thoughts, Paul. I focused on the bad rolls for green to justify playing on for TG at the score. However, there are jokers for green also as you point out. It's an interesting position which I imagine many players would cash.
Thanks!!
61 is a great position
Excellent videos, as always! Keep up the good job, buddy!
Many thanks Pogacean
Great tips thanks
You're welcome, Maria

Thanks for feedback, I'll turn my mic up on laptop to see if it makes a difference

Last position is nice. I knew it, but it’s a great learning position
