Maybe she has immunity unless impeachment succeeds by vote which would remove the immunity. And that would allow criminal prosecution. Something like that probably. Marjorie has started the process and I didn't hear any interruptions or objections or points of order. So it doesn't sound like anyone is standing with Omar.
