They feel the same staff and roster is here in 2024. They feel like Colorado is undeserving of the noise, yet they don't realize every Colorado away game is sold out! You either love this team or hate them, and if they start winning big or a lot, my goodness will it be Cinema for both the haters and the fans.

I agree with your overall perspective and will add: last year vs the Buffs wasn't the Ducks super bowl since for years it's been Ducks-Huskies for pac12 champs; also it wasn't the Cougars super bowl since their main game is vs the Huskies for state bragging rights. Utah, under Whittingham doesn't get caught up in super-bowl or rivalry hype, he just gets them to focus on the opponent ahead. This season, I'd say Jayhawks and Wildcats will be more focused on their in-state game. That said, yes, all teams will want to be at their best to beat the Buffs since national attention factors in. And I wish the first kick-off was tomorrow because of a strong sense it will be a ''my goodness'' season!

A players do bring their A game because regardless of the record being 4 and 8 the CU buffs have 2 heisman candidates, a very very good QB, former NFL players and coaches who are STAFF. All of this draws NFL employees to their games and if you want the chance to be seen and have your best play…. CU will bring the superbowl champion desire to win it all out you.

Why didn't Arizona State sellout when a top 10 ranked Oregon team played there but Colorado gae sold out.Why so much star power from USC alum at game etc.This year every road game for Colorado will be the school they are playing biggest game.Only Alabama and Ohio State had more TV viewers than Colorado.Great take though
