The reason why America we have big gaps in the bathroom stalls is because if someone passes out they can easily grab you and if someone has to mop the floor instead of opening the door, they can mop through the gap

The reason why we have gaps in between the bathroom stalls and the floor in America is because, if someone passes out and the stall door is locked somebody can easily squeeze into the stall and get them out quickly.

Just recently around my area a Costco was built, it was the first ever costco in my country (New Zealand) and for the first month it was MENTAL people from all over the North island were flying over to visit it! It caused giant traffic jams it was insane, I still haven't been but my friend went their for the whole day and it was like a family trip to a store 😭

The reason why in America we have the large gaps under the stall doors in the bathroom is because in case of emergency, you can crawl under. Once I got locked in a stall door because the lock was just stuck and it wouldn't budge. I had to crawl under the stall door. The cracks are to see if anyone is inside the stall doors if a door is locked but no one is answering or making sounds. Why we have big opening at the top of stall doors is in case you need to step on the toilet and climb over to the next stall.

There’s another reason why America has huge gaps at the bottom: in case there is a fire or something like that, you can crawl out if the lock isn’t opening.

well we had an interesting experience in Poland. My poor grandfather ordered a fish for dinner but in fine print it was sold by the gram and he got the whole fish. So I think that was pretty sneaky of them to sell it like that because the bill was not what the menu said
