this band is one of the few things getting me through high school, morbid stuff is freaking awesome & it released at a time when i really needed something like that. the 2 pup shows ive been to have been two of the best times of my life. idk where this is going, but just know i think its a great band & theyre good people.
I wish I had this band in high school it would have made it a lot easier. I’m sure that is of zero use to you right now, I’m sorry. I’m very fortunate to have Pup/Morbid Stuff at 34 to help me better understand myself. Thanks Pup!
It gets better. As shitty and fucked up that highschool is it is really some art fueling garbage. The things you'll take from that experience is really something.. Cant lie to you and say it'll be a positive thing. High school sucked for me probably as much as it sucks for you. But music is one sure fire way to get through a bad day and I cant tell you any other band than PUP to do that for you! What's your favorite song of theirs?
I found PUP by staying after school in my math teacher’s class in 2019- Scorpion Hill started playing and I pulled out Shazam, the rest is history!! PUP has been one of my fav bands ever since!! :]
Everything about this band, the story, these tears make me tear. saw them on the opening circuit in SF back in 2013, and it all has gotten better with age.
@@oakoe9755 thats a bummer im sorry that happened, so much has happened to our prospect of shows and venues. we will get back to it, it is music it will prevail. stay safe out there.
Just saw this band a few days ago. They are crazy live. They really know how to get the crowd moving. They made sure everyone was ok and having fun. Cant wait to get a chance to see them again.
They deserve so much more exposure, in my opinion. However, if they keep doing it, they’ll eventually get the audience they deserve. At some point, they’ll get there
I remember the day PUP became my favorite band. I knew Reservoir from WD2, and I wanted to see if they had any other good songs on the way to the beach. I was listening to DVP and Doubts all day, and I never had gotten that feeling from a song before. Then I had been looking forward to Morbid Stuff for months, and when it came out April 14th I was listening to that all day too, Free at Last was especially amazing.
I remember hearing dvp on college radio the second time it played i used Fing sound hound to figure out who it was Looked up everything and have been a junkie ever since
Libby Phillips There were no photo credits on the photos so we just cited the Facebook. You’re absolutely right and if their had been a photo credit, we would have added it.

Rocket DO IT!!!! They are so much fun on stage

Dude, they are one of the best live bands I've ever seen.
When this pandemic cools down my advice from personal experience: If you're seeing PUP live wear a belt.
Pup have never put out a bad or just average record. These guys are fucking awesome

These guys are so insanely underrated its mindblowing
3 years after, your comment holds truth.
Stefan sounds so Canadian haha. Great music guys, keep it up!

Are you from sf or did you just travel here for them
@@oakoe9755 SF born and raised. id def consider traveling for a pup show haha
@@embarklife I’m from the area too. They were gonna play in sf but it got covid’d

Reservoir is an all time banger and Sleep In the Heat makes me so sad to hear such a great song

I love their new album, can't wait to see them live again!
"if you fell down, can you skank?"

This band is the only reason I still make art to this day, so inspirational
Saw these guys in NYC and I've been to a shit ton of concerts. Nothing was like their show. Every person singing and moving. Amazing
Omg so good interview

I love this band. This is a great interview. I'm very glad it exists, and that they exist. Wish them every success in the world. :-)
Legit the one band that changed my whole view on music and gets me through every single day! Morbid Stuff is a masterpiece. PUP fucking rocks
the best dudes thank you
Matt Hutch Thank you for watching!!
PUP rules! Keeping punk alive and I love it!
My brother told me their backstory is similar to Beck & thats one of the things that made him like the band
they're going to be near me in september on my birthday, but i'm about to have my fourth back surgery and i think i might die if i go to their show
Hans Moleman you could just sit back at a bar or something, don’t deprive yourself of their awesomeness
Did you see them? I saw them on September 21 for my birthday. It was awesome. Hopefully you didn’t die!
I like these guys!
Protect them at all cost 🤗

i fucking love this band.
Love this band
just saw the mcr records on the table
they look like they all have massive headaches in this video
You should really credit your photographers correctly, instead of just citing the band's Facebook. Really expected more from such a major publication.
Libby Phillips There were no photo credits on the photos so we just cited the Facebook. You’re absolutely right and if their had been a photo credit, we would have added it.
@@altpress I would argue that if you can't find who to credit (which is pretty easy with reverse image search on Google) you shouldn't use the image.
@@altpress seeing as it's an infringement of personal copyright laws and all. Also, it's "there".

Of course Zack worked at a brewery, why wouldn’t he

Added that to my stoner skater punk playlist

Anyone know if the lead singer smokes cigarettes?
He doesn't
He used to smoke weed quite frequently tho I believe

finish the video. He fucked his voice touring, and had to have surgery, I believe. It explains how his voice has gotten raspier over the years.
