Its not completely true that money does buy happiness but, without money ypu cant eat, sleep well, provide for ypur family, health care etc. Those need money, so yes to some degree money does buy happiness. I dont think its number 1 but defo numbee 2 in what makes a human being happy. Love is number 1 but without money you can still be happy but it wont be a perfect happiness because of the pain, suffering, illness and loss that you will go through without money. Even with money those things might still happen, so it doesnt just rent happiness it buys you happiness to quite a lot of degrees. Everytime i hear them say that it just annoys me a bit
