A traditional assassination technique is to wear baggy clothing so as to conceal a weapon or device. But I think this is probably more of a fashion choice. Ninpo or ninjuitsu didn't place a ton of focus on taijutsu...and to me this looks like a cross between Okinawa'n karate and jujitsu. Ninpo is about getting the kill as quick and effeciently as possible...or the info...or whatever your mission was...and getting the hell out. The last grandmaster reformed alot of stuff and actually trained not only Japanese military elite...but also American black ops. So this form would actually make sense. I still call bullshit. They should be learning how to dress like women...or other disguises..and make poison and explosives.

Make sure your rank comes from Japan, and your instructor has real world experience. Then be very loyal and you will find what your looking for. Yes I did. Trained with him in Japan Early 1990s and multiple seminars when he was still Bujinkan, then was also one of the original Jinenkan members before he moved to Maryland. He is a great teacher and a very kind man.
This was a very beutiful show of Ninpo why is the this way of training syllabusnot practiced any more. Is this not what Soke Takamatsu taught? Hos spirit is very evident in this.
Bing Bang over the years our basic Kyu system has grown as I have learned more and have been to different teachers in Japan and around the world. I still teach almost everything in this video but with a different level of understanding and movement. That video is almost 20 years old. My understanding and proficiency Ha’s developed and that is now reflected in the curriculum.
I'm a 5th Dan. I learned everything you are showing here and even created a book that would fit well with this video. Of course it needs to be applied appropriately, however, I will say, you need to stress test a lot of ninjutsu as MMA boxing mui tai will be tough to beat I'm sorry to say, but hatsimi gives the best foundations for martial arts and also, and more importantly, he teaches how to survive which I've not seen from other martial arts. It's more that just kicking , punching throwing etc. All the best.

And if you mean "last ninja" as in "last ninja grandmaster" even then there are a few people that claim to be grandmasters of ninjutsu. These guys, in this video are following man named Maasaki Hatsumi, he's the most popular claimant. Another big one is Kawakami sensei.
this art against the untrained will give u responses in combat that i would say will save your ass . If you end up in a situation with a skilled man and the first engaugement you dont take him then he knows now and now your gonna be in broken rythum and if u cant or train in alive manner and just this way all the time u will get ur ass kicked even if ur the master period.it has to be modified .agianst a goo mma fighter your gonna get killed.and for the majority this art will bring false sense of security .it should be stated to student s coming to train if there goal is urban survival in the modern world then there are far better arts to go to one being panantukan or silat these arts are far better and especialy the panantukan cause you have the essence of boxing as well as all the other asoects that is in this art it in silat to just under better priniclples and more logical stuctures this was created to fight the way people where fighting back then and this shit will get most people killed
This stuff is very effective and taught to police and soldiers. I’m an ex British army pathfinder and have trained in very similar stuff. It’s the real deal.
I have seen youtube videos of MMA pros getting their butts kicked by Marine trainers. They had no chance and were like total beginners. The rules make the art! And at the end of the Takagi Yoshin Ryu Densho scrolls is the last technique called, "Randori Keiko", which means take what you leaned in the katas and free train it from every possible angle, emotion and person until you master it. IE do MMA like free sparring with every kata in the school that started in something like 1625. This idea is NOT new and MMA is just a bunch or rules designed to keep you entertained. If MMA were really streat and only one on one, you would be watching 2 hour long ground fights and most would likely fall asleep. If on the Street you grapple for 2 hours then you will get stabbed in the back by the wingman. Ground is great to know and Ninja would be the first to take new techniques and perfect them and they are doing it. Take a look at Akban! Bujinkan in Hatsumi's baby and it will die with him but the art will grow and multiply in forms until the next big low tech war and then the crap ryus will get killed and the best will live on to peace and their own time of change and multiplying like any living system.
In truth, there are very few people doing this in Japan. School I practice (which is samurai school from early 17th century) has about 15 students in Japan, and hundreds in Europe, Canada and Australia.

Since you are obviously an expert on traditional japanees martial arts, i just wanted to adress that those "MC Hammer pants" are called Hakama and they are traditionally clothing since the nara period.
We can all agree that the Bujinkan is complete nonsense. Everyone knows this. What is hard is for people who have dedicated themselves to it, to step away and look at it from a outside viewpoint. Instead they will defend it and Hatsumi because it is human nature to do so.

Bujinkan and Genbukan are both big names in Ninpo... I think there is one more big organization of Ninpotaijutsu, but I'm not so familiar...

It's not ichimonji no kamae it's ...something unknow (7mn23) and it's not seigan no kamae, it's ichimonji no kamae (7mn41s)
Depends on the Ryu Ha. Some systems call it Ichimonji, others call it Seigan no Kamae example is Kukishin Ryu.
