Edit: the expensive pencils cost that much because they have a high lightfastness, so the cheaper ones will fade over time but the expensive one will stay the same, the expensive ones are also easier to blend and took less time to finish :)
the $300 pencils also come in a pack of 100.
The cheap side took 5 hrs to finish whereas the expensive side took 3 hrs to finish, there is a full tutorial of this drawing on my channel

You have powers. You made 5 dollar pencils look like they costed around 200 bucks.
@@pinkiepie5911real
I liked the left side more honestly...
Both sides are so good but I like the 300 side more ❤
As a viewer of the 2, I can't see the difference. Maybe in person
I guess you make the cheap ones look good
So... Am I the only person who likes the left side more?
Edit: Thanks for so many likes and I hope you know that I will never conform.
No
me too!!!
They look the qbout same
Yes
On the torso I thought the left was better. Tho i likes the darker colours more on tje left and the right got less space then the left.
But overa the 300 dollars pencils don't look worth it
UA-cam is deplorable, simply a video of incredible art, with only 16k likes
Water color pencil vs oil pastel pencil
what are you using to blend the pigment? Alcohol marker?
This is how I always test them as well..
I like the $5 ones 👍
It amazes me on how you can make $5 pencils look like 200 dollar pencils
Dayum why i got so many likes
UA-cam just liked my comment ...
It's not about the tools, it about the skill
"A bad workman blames his tools"
I searched it up, they are indeed around 200$
Wait never mind, they are actually 350$ for the official pencils bro 🗿
$200.
I can’t believe you’ve done that with both kinds of pencils 👏👏 respect
Hiiiiiiiiiii Kauczuk!!!!!!!!
hey kauczuk! I live both of your artworks
Hii
I didnt expect you to
Ooh 😲
I think the cost of the pencil isn't as important as the skill of the artist.
Amen

Good artist can draw masterpiece with his finger in sand . And even 1000$ pencil can't give someone talent 😊
Just like a guitar
Came here to say this
Its clear you have a good grasp on lighting and shading, doesn't matter what you use.
A poor craftsman blames his tools
That is true but remember it is only true to a point because a descant chef could make a better dish with 1000 dollars than a pro could with a dollar worth of ingredients
@@Mad4Speed4357 yes but conversely a skilled chef can make a truly wonderful meal with a 50$ budget.
@@soumyaguchait9343 oh I made a small typo typing on my phone. That doesn't really address my point though, and only makes you look like 🤓
@@soumyaguchait9343 Blam!! Is that the Zoidberg impersonation of Emeril??
@@Mad4Speed4357 The food is NOT the tool... the pots/pans/stove is.
They both look really good impressed by how good the 5 dollar ones did
Was it the pencils or the skills of the artist?
price performance ratio of the left pen is much better! Btw your performance is breathtaking
As is the case with just about everything. Price goes up exponentially with increase in quality, to the point where only professionals who are making a living using it, or wealthy hobbyists, pay for the best. Goes for any tool or equipment.
@@slode1693 The vast majority of professional artists are, if lucky, barely making a living at it and can not afford those overly inflated prices.
@@ralphhathaway-coley5460 My point wasn't about "starving artists", besides I don't consider them "professionals", it was about tools and equipment. You don't see any Shadetree mechanics with a Snap-on box full of Snap-on tools, but professional mechanics it's common place. If you were a cartoonist for Disney in the day where cartoons were actually drawn with pencil and paper, you'd probably spend the money on good pencils.
I don’t know what song this is, but it reminds me of xenoblade
How tf do u draw like that with 5 dollar color pencils
She practised, also it’s more about knowing how to blend and layer the colours
The tools dont matter.its the talent of the person that matters@@Equal99.998
It's not the tool that makes the drawing, it's the user. Expensive tools *will* last longer and do generally have a higher quality, but technique will always be more important.
I’m going to have to say with practice.
Same way how one learns anything at all intuitive/practice & so on
Sometimes it's not about the quality of the pencils, it's how you use them
That's what HE said! 😂
exactly
This is quite a bold take. Never thought of this
How are you so good at blending??????
How are you not?? Get to practicing
@@thecreator5124😢
It doesn't really matter how much the pencils are since even with 1 dollor pencils you can still cook if you're good.
You don't cook pencils. 🙄
The problem is not how expensive is the color the important thing is the technique that is being used
I only have one word for this
✨️amazing✨️
Edit: Omg 22 likes? thx guys 🥲
Edit: 25.. 🥹
Edit: 32!
Thx everyone this is the highest I have got upto now
Edit: 32 but I think you're done.
It doesn't matter what you use it's about the skill of the user
exactly
Now, I understood that the artist is a girl (for the nails)
I had a hard time to find this 😮😂
Its not about the tool used (well it kinda is ig cuz consistency and all that but) but about the person using it
If you're a good artist like this it doesn't matter the pencil
I used to amazing drawings with crayola colored pencils and a mechanical pencil. Others who bought the expensive sets still couldn't shade like I could with the cheap stuff.
Just takes practice.
i feel its like snooker, always thinking 2 shots ahead, to actually know how its going to look as you are doing it is incredible, the vision in my minds eye never quite matches my end result when i try blending.
Everybody's saying that but I think you'll find that people who can draw like this also prefer to use the highest quality materials possible. Wouldn't you? I'm a good driver - of anything - but I still prefer a nice, new vehicle.
I'm not even looking at the drawing, I just wanna know how the middle line is so perfect
OMGG AM SUCH A FAN OF UR ART ITS SO NICE I LIKE ALL THE DETAILS
What i love about this short the most is that you didn't complete this video in part 1 and 2, but showed both sides in a single short!
$5 is better
Yeah imo it looks better and it’s way more affordable
How the hell do you do that with JUST pencils!?
i bet her hands are tired
W drawing
I like Both Side,It 's Look like shinny purple!!! 💜So Amazing 🎉
I kept saying yo to myself because 300 dollars is crazy real looking
Hi
Today I learned something.....
I found out that there's pencils worth more than my car
Anyone else surprised that $300 pencils even exist?(although, if that's for a pack of 100 that only comes to $3 each pencil, which really doesn't seem all that expensive)
I think you should watch closely and watch how much AI is involved with this and well. The pencil tip is somewhere else. They're adding other shading and stuff. It's punch crap
Seeing these colors gives me nostalgia for some reason
yeah for some reason it gives some sort of
The 5$ pencils look better than the 300$
So moral of the story is, it's not what kinda pencils you buy, its how you use them...I've heard that my WHOLE life.
The pen is not the problem.
I think any pen will make a great piece of work.
Wonderful. Mysterious. That's cool!
people keep saying that the left side is better ... he achieve a far smoother and faster result in the right side also usually art tools are more expensive not only because are easier to mix and use but also because they will not fade to the sun and they are guarantee to last even for 100+ years .
Do a drawing with lightfast pencils and the same one with cheap pencils put them to the sun and you will see . i think these videos are so misleading .
Skills matters too of course 100% but if you got good tools you will work faster , more comfortable , you will do less mistakes and your work will last for more time . i don't know if caran d'ache luminance are worth the price but there are cheaper professional pencils that have same performance if not better . still expensive but more worth the price.
Team left is better at all
👇
My dumbass would spill over into the other section with the pencil
I'd like to consider myself a pretty decent artist, but for the life of me I cannot understand how to implement color into anything, colored pencils are the worst offenders, I can rarely get more than one color out of two pencils. I kinda wish there were an easier way to figure this out without just "practicing"
i never knew tht price of pensil use to make cartoon so expensive to make it looks more great. tqs for sharing. now i understand.
Tho not much of a difference cuz the skill level is crazy but it seems the expensive pencils blend mix and shade better. Good work
I look at this and all I can think is why do I suck so massively in coloring? My stuff from a child look like a demented baboon with a broken arm decided to color in the drawing.
Sure equipment matters but it's more about the artist, some of the best artworks were made with crude paints and brushes by people born in the 1600s
Your skill is more precious than the pencils....5 dollars 300 dollars are just number to you .......🎉
You did a better job with $5 pencil than I would with a $300 pencil ✏️ .. just saying..
Thx awesome stuff. But i love to make random drawings that dont look like drawings with Posca pens
It doesn't matter the price of the pencils. It matters who's hands it is in.
The whole time I'm watching I'm saying to myself "Please show til the end, please show til the end".
What's the brand of the $5 pencils? You're giving them great marketing lol
I wish I could shade with colour pencils but I have a bunch of the same colour and most are broken😂
Cool drawing, but I’m more shocked that there is $300 color pencils!
Seems easier with the 300's.
Edit: so many likes. Thank you, folks!
The right side looks more transparent and wet looking... but not sure if that is how the purer leads work.
Bien... Entonces, es el lápiz el que hace al artista y no el artista el que hace arte con el lápiz 😶
Amazing! Now i know I'm not just poor but untalented (:
For me it looks like there are people on both sides so there is no real winner but if you talk about the price its obvious who win
A very good artist can make a MASTERPIECE of of crayons FACT!
You are Amazing artist ❤
I see a person skilled at their craft, able to achieve a great result no matter the quality of the pencils provided.
I don’t have a 300 dollar eyes to see the difference…I actually like the left side more 😁
In your hands any pencil will be great for you have the ability and experience.
The right side is cool but there’s really not a big enough difference to justify the price
You give me one million dollar pencils and I couldn’t even match how good you can draw
I would nearly die from high pulse when sharpening 300$ pencils.
Well, all it shows is that the price doesn't matter as long as you don't have the skills 😅
5$ pencils is already fine with me just looks the same as 300$ pencils
What I've learned is, that the used paper has a huge effect on how good a pencil works.
It's not the matter of cryons. It's the matter of talent. A billion $ talent on both sides😁
The 300$ pencils are just out of this world. The blending is flawless, no graininess. Colours are crisp as if it's guache paint.
Skill is very important, but the quality of your tools as a visual artist may the difference between creating a masterpiece or a practice sketch.
It is the quality of the paper that shows the paint. How many dollars is paper?
I'm the only one thinking that 5$ for one pencil is not really a cheap one?? 😮
As someone who uses markers
Color pencilists are alchemists istg
Just goes to show what you CAN achieve, even when you think you can't !
right side is rly impressive it almost looks like brush🎉 300 is alot though
I must be broke cause I thought $5 pencils were the expensive ones.
Perfect example of, how irrelevant the price is, if the artist is good!
"if you have good ideas , you can make everything'
-a wise man
It's not the pencil that makes a drawing, it's the one holding the pencil.
If I would do this both side would look like which was done by a 4 year old :D
I think the effort and hours gives it all. Pencils doesn't matter
Голова лучще всего слева, остальное справа.
Умение так рисовать это топ
I think it depends on the skill tho
Even with million dollar pens I could not do that
The pencils doesnt matter if your really good at drawing😊
okay, so its less about the pencil and more about the blending skills
If I had that skill, give me the cheaper pencils all day long!
i like the $5 better
I good pencil doesn't make you an artist and an artidt dosen't need a good pencil
Soo 5 dollar pencils are amazing for the price!!! Wow
Its not about how many crayons you get handed, its about what you do with them
Мне хоть за 5 хоть за 300 долларов не понятно как это вообще возможно
Get this person to 2 mil the suspense is crazy😧 god bless 🙏
Amen
How tf is it so SHINY
I think I liked the $5 ones better
