You can breed peepers in the containment thing for unlimited fodder for the bio reactor. Just put a couple in there and they will keep having baby peepers. I think there can only be 10 creatures in there at a time.
you should stack containment rooms to make one big one
Spiral plants are in the heat vent area or in the vent gardens 11:22
