The entire prison sequence was absolutely flawless. The yard scene where he got surrounded and just went beast mode was the best few minutes of action I've seen in a while from this genre.

That entire action sequence from prison to the train is beyond beyond expectation fresh and awesome. this movie is an absolute treat to watch.
Love the part on the train where he climbs up on the roof of the loco and takes out the chopper with a minigun.

It really is truly breathtaking how good the people at the very top of their game have gotten at pulling off action movies these days. Sequence after sequence after sequence of incredibly well choreographed & perfectly executed stunt work. Reminded me of the best parts of the Uncharted (game) series in places - & to be clear - that’s a huge compliment. I love that we’ve gotten to the point where people can create that level of seamless frenetic energy in live action now. If action movies are your thing - this movie is 11/10. 👌

It's already overkill from just the trailer. Reminds me of the drone shots from The Gray Man. Watch the Russos catch an L with this one. The cinematography feels forced.

This movie was a beast! The prison courtyard fight and car chases were incredible! I wasn't ready for such a blast of a movie!
Having watched this movie I must say it’s brilliant. The standout actor for me here are the brother's Uncle.
He didn’t fight with a gun actually, but his words of counsel were breathtaking. A sad moment was when he stated that “he always knew he was going to die by a bullet someday, but not from his own brother’s son”. Now he knew he had been on the left side of God's will but that didn’t stop him from saying what he thought of his end. A man that’s true to himself and another man who is swallowed by RAGE… but like the day pride goes before the fall.

Sam Hargrave should get his name front and center in this trailer. Such an incredible talent. The fight choreography and the fluid camera movement to help emphasize the action is just top notch. Also if Netflix still plans on making The Division movie. Maybe hand it over too Sam.
The Division will be made by John Wick director David Leitch but he worked with Sam a lot on JW and Atomic Blonde so hopefully Sam can be involved

That scene at 2:06 with the treadmill was brutal, and crazy camerawork. Just awesome.

I love when he steps on the toy and the inmate whistles how it's one continuous shot until the train crashes. Felt like a game of call of duty using one camera.
Extraction 2 is an amazing action film. The fight scenes are incredible. Chris Hemsworth puts in another great performance.

Really liking the Nik and Tyler dynamic. And the short appearances by Idris Elba and Olga Kurylenko gave the proceedings some extra gusto! An exciting and nicely paced action thriller!

I love what John Wick birthed 9 years ago. Extraction 1 rivaled that series for some of the best choreography around, and Chris Hemsworth is the action star I never knew we needed. Can’t say enough about how much I want this to be the next hit action franchise.

But yeah, to string together an intriguing storyline, along with a good cast, AND tons of fanservice action sequences... All the while making it look realistic (as real as it can get in a movie perspective) that is to John Wick's credit completely...
I am really happy to see that many actors are now being recognized in these unorthodox roles... (Hinting at the new batman)... And I'm really excited to see Chris join the party as a grueling and no-nonsense action figure...

When Tyler died at the end of Extraction 1 you could feel the waste of potential, it was a great film and you wanted more. To see this, keeping Tyler alive and making what is hopefully a bigger and better film, is just brilliant.

I just started watching this movie this morning, and it does deserve to be on the big screen. I can't wait to finish it.
We are eagerly waiting for Extraction 3 !!! Golshifteh Farahani is so gorgeous, talented, and so great in her action scenes. She can speak 3 languages Persian, English, and French. We Iranians love her and are proud of her!

Extraction 1&2 are the best realistic action movies! The scenes were very real and we didn't get bored of watching it till the end and every moment was exciting :)

@@JEX9000 It's just that a lot of the heavily marketed big-budget drivel sucks absolute balls. There's an overwhelming amount of mediocrity these days that people get hyped for that falls flat, which makes these smaller projects shine even more when we actually find them :D
The cameta work is nice. The choreography and fight scene logic as in the trailer is pretty bad (as is Wick's in 2 and 3), which is sad, because the first film was much better in that regard.
This movie is underrated. It's a high quality action movie with some heart. A+

2:14 - when I heard la la La and the tune, it gave me a different hit than the whole trailer.
The cinematography and action choreography in these films are ELITE, to say the least. Netflix got blessed with this franchise. It could easily be on the big screens and make a killing at the box office.

This is hands-down the best action-scene film I have seen all year. Lots of excellent choreography and cinematography and visually mindblowing single-shot film sequences during fights.
When an action sequel is even better than the original and you leave the movie very impressed and satisfied, then you are reminded why you love action in cinema.

The first 45 minutes of this movie are astounding.
The two elevator scenes shot and blew me away! In case you all missed it, the elevator doors saved him from a bullet to the head! Never knew that elevators can be used creatively apart from falling down or going up fast.

*it made me in tears when watching this, we got nearly perfect CGI these days, but some guys, are still trying to get closer to the impossible in traditional ways, those long shots as you can imagine how many rehearsals they had to go through, a lot of preparations and calculations. respect*

The long action sequences filmed on "one shot" similar to 1917 really added to the intensity. Loved this movie

This harnesses so much of the '80s, '90s and everything that anybody would want to see in an action flick in the acting, directing and producing! So overall, this is what we the people want to see in an absolute true original and yet modern (harnessing from the originals) action flick!! ... This is an absolutely freaking amazing film in its own genre! ... In fact, the Russo brothers have outdone the avengers movies! This trilogy definitely surpasses anything they've done beforehand!
The 80s was better, the special effects were at least practical and in my opinion looked better.
@@Blahmanwhysoserious Apart from a few standouts, most 80s action movies are pretty bad, especially the action. I was riding a nostalgia train for a bit, until I realized most of them are just people spinning in circles with guns, with poorly done special effects. Still, got to admit the standouts were fantastic.
@@Blahmanwhysoserious I feel like I can understand what you're trying to come from, but I feel like what we see in this plays pretty good homage to the '80s flicks with also being a modern flick, I mean like the 80s flicks did the best they could at the time with what they had and it's action. Looks like this that make up for what our technology just wasn't at at that time. If all of that makes sense. Again, I appreciate the 80s and at the same time realize we've moved on from there and so we can appreciate both the same time with where we're at right now.
Can thank Tom Cruise for reopening a forgotten market back up with Top Gun Maverick. Action movies are becoming an experience again rather than just something to watch to say you saw it.

Hard to believe the fact Netflix pulled this amaizing movie. Usually their action movies are mediocre at best… But this movie was fantastic and Chris Hemsworth made it more fantastic! Can’t wait for the third one, i hope they don’t cheap out on it!!

Oh my God what an absolutely awesome amazing movie. One of those movies you do not want to see end. Thank God there's supposed to be a part 3 coming out. Not sure when but I can't wait. Giving this a thumbs-up I don't usually give too many movies 10/10 but this one is getting a 10/10

Excellent Movie. I want to point out. The Camera man did an amazing job keeping all of the action sequences moving real time without any cuts.

Loving the single take action scenes! That was one of the highlights of the first film. Glad to see what looks to be their expansion on a really engaging and immersive filming method. Loved the first one and this looks to take it up a notch. The John Wick series has some competition!

I've seen the movie already and i can tell that its really good, the action and plot was good and chris hemsworth nailed the fight scenes, im ready for extraction 3 and chris evans would be a good addition to the team
Seriously one of the best action movies i`ve seen in years, i thought the first one was good, but holy crap, this was a different level! If we do get an `Extraction 3`, Netflix will have some serious shoes to fill to better this. Chris hemsworth, you the man :)

Love the cinematography and color grade on this movie. It looks promising and could be better than the first one. Can not wait to see it. Would be awesome if we can all see it in theatres :(

First movie, had zero expectations, surprisingly entertaining. High hopes for the 2nd. Hemsworth really shines in this role.
