There is always something I don’t know, so this will be interesting. Cutting 4130 heavy wall steel with a tubing cutter and doing so without creating a smaller inside diameter. Will be interesting to see if it works. Have you tried the fit right now, prior to cutting?
I’m sure they do, they have been making props for a long time and even make helicopter rotor blades. I can send you my contact a DUC if you’re interested.
Adam, I'm very interested in your AcmeAero Custom Front Susponsion when I build mine. But I do want to see how you like yours once you fly. Please give us a report of what you think about it. Thanks, Thomas
Since you have 2 nosegear struts and one has the Zenith puck system, why don't you do a weight comparison once the new shock system is assembled, being sure to include all associated mounting hardware, etc.?
Very informative. Always learn something new watching your content. Keep up the good work😎

I guess we’ll see in the next episode…
When the time come, please show the prop install step by step !!
Most definitely!
That is one good lookin prop! Wonder if they have one that might work on my Yamaha s21 build🤷🏻♂️

@@AeroworksProductions Sounds good! Project2aircraft @ Gmail, Thanks!
@@Project2Aero Will do.
Orange 🍊 props Rock ! 😎👍
If the carbon hasn’t been cleared, you should apply a 2k clear to protect the resin from UV damage.
The resin that they use is UV resistant (from the manufacturer).

That project has been sidelined for the time being due to some additional engineering needed.
Awesome. If you said it I missed it; what is the diameter of the prop?

Great idea, will do.
Is a 5 blade prop a quieter prop?
That’s one benefit, another is more ground clearance due to shorter blades. The additional blades make up the needed thrust.
What is the diameter of this propeller?
76”
I think it should be called fan
