What did you use to repair the cracks? Also, it looks as if you used epoxy paint. Did you do that over plaster? Thanks!

Has the finish held up? Any issues?
Been waiting to get my pool painted, weather has been the main issue (AZ.. its either too windy or too hot or then raining Ugh! That window of time is impt) So. think Im going to get bright lights and paint at night!)

Paint held up fine. I really recommend not painting in windy conditions. Gunl is going to fall in all over the place. Not sure if there are any downsides to painting at night...

You guys did a good job but you didn't put the primer on usually a big mistake but it all depends upon the paint and the surface God bless you again you did a good job

Hey there, the paint is holding up good. Its a tedious job and great fun to do. If you can buy the paint cheap, even if u do a half arse job of it, its costs a fraction compared to paying someone to do it!

How did you drained your pool? Did you have to release the hydrostatic relieve valve? So the pool wont pop out

I used a portable pool pump, and the relieve valve was at the bottom of the pool. :)

You should have repaired the cracks with opening them up and put new plaster or a plaster patch. No cement is 100% water proof. I’m in the process of remodeling my concrete pool to save a time of money. Most important thing is to do research. I’ve done well over 50 hours of research on every step I need to do.
