Great that the rifling spiral is adjustable, the rack works very well. But what provides the power to draw the die through the barrel? You couldn't do it by hand, so perhaps hydraulic? Then would a simple 3 jaw drill chuck provide enough grip to overcome the enormous friction against the die? Good work but I would like to see the jig actually forming the rifling upon correctly rated barrel steel before accepting it addresses all the challenges of the rifeling process.

you have to feed it very little, 0.02mm once, 5 times so you have 0.1mm, 10 times so you have enough vortex
It's not a button rifler that forces the metal into a new shape. It's a cutter that takes off just a little each pass. It is easily done by hand.
