I am a neuroradiologist from Brazil and, unfortunately, we still see many cases of newborns with changes in the central nervous system.
I know, the thing with newborns is that if a pediatrician requests an MRI for a newborn, there's already a high chance something will be wrong, because they don't requests MRI's lightheartidly :/
