I love watching stuff being made especially when it involves fire and furnaces. The product reminds me of a slinky - a toy we used to play with as children.

It is interesting to watch how they are made. I watched a video recently about them but it was in Pakistan

I showed this to my daughter she's obsessed with wearing bangles. I haven't seen the ones for sale though that have the joint in them to take off and on. My hands are so big I typically can't get bangles on.
Kathryn - they have a joint, but the joint is sealed, so it is not really an open bangle. Though I am sure they have big sizes. Next time you are in India, let me know, I will get you the bangles of your size.

No doubt it's and art of these people .But as the time passes away quality is also downgrading due to poor responses by consumers and low price in market.I have bangles made 30-40 year back and at present bangles .Quality can be judges easily.
