Very nice, thanks for the great review showing the possibilities. I like the dash detail over the Ramen Racer that I'm waiting on , but am going to have to have this one too. It's clearly a Malibu which is waaay different than the charger so i think they will go well together. I am more excited for the Odd Frog van though, that looks amazing!!! Hope it comes available soon.

mmm, I find it has this 'the car' vibe about it, like it has an evil soul, D
perhaps a bit of fury road panache in the mix with the blower ; ValhallllaAAAAHHHH!
we see imperfections, but it s a prototype, and if it s cheap... a small compromise
the front looks good, but round lights at the back would look better
I d suggest making the bumpers more aggressive, they look a bit weak.
they should not 'cave in' like that. it d look way better.
the addition of front fog lights might break the front s monotony, add character.
the detail is good, realistic, no need for more
it s always good to have a min detail underneath when you want it to be flexible,
super heroes will lift and turn this car... can end up on it s roof, we ll see the details then.
the dash is impressive, and more than I d ask for, when will we see this? not often.
mm, seat adjustment is quite smart!
trunk detail is cool for weapon equip scenes, when it s loaded full of weapons before a raid.
oh yeah! a fig fits! very good thinking there, great selling point!
ouh the engine looks good, and no need to detail more, it s ok like that for me
mmm, the light system is simple and efficient.
maybe I d like to have a choice of 'centerline' mag wheels, you know, plain but with rivets.
the size look good, at scale, the hiss is a very small tank...

or the seat bottom could be removed and keep the back piece with head rest.
I can understand that there s taller figs, unrealistically tall...
but I d still want a back support and head rest, or it looks flawed!
realise that there s plenty of cheap toys you ll modify and have this clunky look, missing seats...
but for perhaps $35... I hope there is still time to figure this.

don't get me wrong I understand this is a prototype but it's 3D printed all they have to do is release the files if they can't get it mass produced I mean they could sell the files for anyone that wants to make it
It’s a great question and we had contemplated that at one point briefly, but at the end of the day, the engineering for the car to be able to accept kits was very expensive and something we wanted to keep under wraps. The other thing is, it’s a very complex prototype to print. It has 76 pieces and there are different plastics involved in the print and it is very big so it would be prohibitive to most standard printers. 🙏
At this point it is 3d printed because it is a prototype. It is going to be produced and manufactured by Gentle Giant Studios once we hit our MOQ. Look into them and who they are, what they've done, and their history.
We're an aspiring toy company with an established connection that would elevate this to another level, beyond what anyone could do at home with an STL file, we hope this clears things up as to why we're taking this route.
@@eddiehermosillo1953 I know this I even put that in there yes I know it's a prototype. But the video also mentioned if they can't get it back or whatever obviously it would not make it to the market. What I was suggesting is if they can't get it back or on the market they could always sell the 3D print outs.

@@eddiehermosillo1953 because don't get me wrong I am sure you're like me I would rather have a injected molded part. So that way I don't have to paint or fix or do anything to it. Although not this company but I don't know Todd McFarlane that I have to constantly fix or put paint on if I want my finger to look like it should be. Sorry off-topic yeah I hate to see all that work that they put into that to get nothing

$185 It's being produced by Gentle Giant once it hits 1500 pre-orders. I think the price may go up after this first wave is sold out. They're going to offer additional body kits, too. So we can keep one stock and modify a bunch to put on the frame.
Wasn’t this a project from 2-3 years ago? There was also a subway car ( train ) that never delivered? Not saying it is but I distinctly remember this, a van was being designed as well. Then communication just stopped after money was collected? Website was something like 1:12 garage
We did design work for that garage but they disappeared without paying us so we did our own design and that’s what this is. 🙏❤️
