M11 is moment acting on the positive and negative faces of shell in axis 1 direction! This means that it's rotating about axis 2. This video will confuse people, BIG mistake.
M11 is the moment about local axis 2. Hence, the rebar for M11 will be provided in the direction of local axis 1. Likewise M22 is the moment about local axis 1 and the rebar for this moment will have to be provided in the direction of local axis 2.

Won't the first number of the shear force be the number perpendicular to the shear surface? For example, wouldn't the shear force shown as V23 be V13?
