- Another step along my journey. Once again, thanks for all the uplifting comments. They are greatly appreciated. The audio/video sync got a little off in the middle of this video, but I've got bigger fish to fry than worrying about that shit!

Terry - you've got this! Just now catching up on your videos but you are so right about modern medicine. What a blessing they caught it early. I know you've heard MANY cancer stories but my dad survived stage 4 lung cancer with the help of amazing doctors and has been cancer-free for 6 years. 83 and still super active. Prayers for you and your sweet family.
So many people say that laughter helps when fighting cancer, so that's very good news for you. Regarding that 3-hour meeting: a. That's a hell of a long time! b. it'll be a hell of a lot of information, and between terms you've never heard before and some of the emotions that may arise, I really suggest that you take both a friend/family member and a smartphone or some other way to record the meeting. It will just ease your mind that you will take in all you can on the day, but that there's also backup, especially for weeks from now. Take care. xo

I'm so frickin' mad that this has happened to you. I'm sorry that, at the moment, everything in your life has been turned upside down and is revolving around effing "C". Hang in there and try to find something positive to buoy you over these rough times. I can't wait until you can put this behind you and smile again.... I know that it will happen. Hugs.

Wow! Well done for cutting out those 6 beers. It's interesting to start looking into all kinds of therapy, read up on spirituality, reflexology or just having massages! Spoil yourself! Get mani pedis the lot! Maybe you can fix those monster wigs? When getting chemo you have a lot of time to pass, so stock up on books, music etc. My prayers are being sent your way you gorgeous boy! Keep us updated! X

As a fellow big C fighter this is what I recommend, depending on how much chemo you are going to have, have a port put in, so you won't have so many needles in the arm.
so much of the success of any treatment is tied to a good attitude and positive thinking. You clearly have a great attitude and will be one of those medical success stories! Remember in the words of the great Yogi Berra 'ninety percent of the game is half mental'.

Once you let them doctors get a hold of you..... it never seems to end. amazing. I think if I ever get sick it will be the last thing I'll let them do. It's like, your life from then on is just appointments and hospital stuff and never about just living your life. (new normal) Anyway- Much love and strength to you wonderful man!

My Grandad had cancer. When I was 6. .
He had testicular and bladder. They did surgery for that.
Brain and then lung.
Keep In mind I was 6. They gave him him 4 to 6 months.He died when I was 28
He astounded every one. Doctors said he still had lung and brain cancer that didn't react to treatment but he lived. He was tough. 12 years in the military then 30+ in a coal mine. I know I only know you online. But I really like you. I hope with everything in me you beat its ass! Your a gem. ♥♥♥♥♥ Oh purple hair totally all the way!! ;-) And your face book link doesn't work for me!!! Said its not found!! :-(
Good luck with the upcoming week and all of these treatments. It must just feel overwhelming. Prayers and positive energy for strength in these difficult days and for the best possible outcome.
I'm glad to see you haven't gave up and your taking this with stride the best way you can. Sorry you've had to be dealing with this gunk. I'm glad to see that you can share your true experiences with us. So that others whom are going through Cancer can find ways to handle this big evil disease. I have a friend whom is fighting this ugly demon.pray for him please and his wife whom has other ailments just as well as I pray for you too. I don't know how she's going to survive without him if he goes? Hang in there. Rootin' for U.

Yes, the shopping for replacement parts at the hospital is weird. I got my replacement boob in the pharmacy, but at least that is a behind-the scenes item. I would hope that if I needed hair I would be able to go somewhere a bit more stylish!

Hi Terry I want to first off say thank you so much keeping us updated and letting us know what is going on and what is in the days and weeks to come. You are one tough guy who is strong who is positive in all I have to say is just breathe and take one day at a time and you're going to get through this you are truly an inspiration you are a true fighter and we all each and everyone of us here and on Facebook we all love you. Hey remember when I first came to UA-cam I met somebody who then sprawled out meme meeting others like yourself somehow I came across your videos I've known you for years as Zipster that guy is totally amazing and funny and then along with Zipster I met a few others do you know I could name a few Francesca I think that was one local mama local mama she is a doll but I want you to let the sunshine in your life and be strong and I'm going to pray for you that you're going to get through this you're going to beat this.
