I'm sick currently. I like to lay around relaxing watching videos.

Second thing: about your question, when I get actually sick, I'm usually so exhausted I just end up sleeping through it most of the day. When I'm not horrendously tired, I have to do chores still, since I live alone, but that goes with the territory.
Third thing: man, I forgot how fucking broken Flash Isaac Habit was. For some reason, this also reminded me of how bonkers the Nail used to be: less than six charges and TWO soul hearts along with the damage buff. Getting that used to be an instant GG.

Edit: What I do when I'm sick depends on how bad it is. Flu + tonsillitis means I'm just trying to sleep through as much of the day as I can. A mild cold means slme extra coffee and some games or yt.
Last time I was really sick I just laid in bed and played Elden Ring.
