nice kill I personally hate vettes and they're my favorite car to smoke on the street. I have a 2020 ten speed 5.0 with the PBD NA monster set up, CJ and comp cammed and I'm running the PBD tune. Three months back I raced a dude in an orange c7z06 vette and I gapped him hard, I was 140and he was still trying to catch up. The Mustang has unlimited potential and that's why I switched from Mopar to Ford. I don't plan on boasting my S550 because i'm getting up there in miles so my next move is to hopefully get a GT500 or possibly go with an S650 GT or Dark horse and maybe i'll whipple that bad boy. Keep smokin them vette bois!
Great runs! You should consider tuning it that way you don't have to start in "S" then put shifter into drive. I leave mine in "D" and downshift with paddles and it holds the gear and then it automatically shifts on its own. Also, why hit the boost control button for more boost? All you have to do is program more boost and adjust your waste gate pressure setting so it ramps in and don't blow the tires off. I can hit mine with over 18 lbs with zero issues, it's all about setting up your controller. I have the Eboost2.....
@@cnardi91 On the 16 psi setting, I have the GP set at 10 that way it doesn't hit too hard. I usually just roll into the throttle. On the 12 psi setting, I have GP at 10 as well. The lower the boost, the higher I can go on the GP since I have MT ET Street R's back there. The higher the boost, the lower the GP and I usually adjust from there...
@@cnardi91 It depends where your setting is currently at. Turbosmart says to start 5 psi below your targeted boost level, but it varies, you just have to try diff settings to see which hits the best and still controlling some of that wheel spin. If your running 16 psi, try rolling into it with with GP at 10-12, and go up from there to what works best for you.
Yea I thought the lower the GP the slower it’ll rise in boost but I have mine set to GP setting 2 right now and see if that helps if not I’ll raise it to 10 lol
@@user-uv6cw5fb6kyou do realize t bay a built motors means nothing if one car makes less right also manual cars are at a big disadvantage they need most of the time 150 more hp to compare with a good auto still no excuse plus the 5.0 motor is bigger and heavier ls is lighter and a smaller more compact engine with two valves per cylinder vs 4 valves per cylinder . Dude of the engine doesn’t matter much when one is twin turbo vs blower and the 5.0 motor is going to flow more air because of the 4 cams and 4 valves unless this guy has a lme built engine , cid heads and a frank or lme billet intake manifold with a big custom blower spec cam which I see he has none of. Good win for the mustang though.
