Ingredients:-
1kg apple gourd ,indian squash, tinda
2 medium size onion
3 small tomatoes
5-6 green chillies
2 inch ginger
One head of garlic
A lot of parsley
1-tsp red chilli powder
1-tsp turmeric powder
1-tsp salt
1-tbsp coriander powder
Add one spoon of ghee into your pot
Now add onion in hot ghee and stir
After they get soft add your ginger garlic paste and mix it up
After 3 minutes add the spices ,stir and cook them for 1 minute
Now add your tomatoes and mix them up
Add your finely chopped green chillies and stir them
After 2-3 more minutes add your finely cut apple gourd and mix them evenly and leave them for 2 minutes so they start leaving water
Stir them and add parsley
Cover it with lid for about 4-5 minutes
Remove the lid and add green chillies and some more parsley and cook them again for just 1-2 minutes with lid ON
Now it is time to serve and enjoy
