Thank you for your videos and tutorials. They help a lot. I have a question. What if the content is mine but an AI tool wrote the SOP? Like I give it my own version of the writting and the AI tool turned it into a well-structured and better-phrased SOP? Is that still a problem and universities will reject it?
Mam, wont university reject if they found out the written sop is made up with chatgpt, In my case I have written my sop in my own words first and than used chatgpt for better words and fluency only, is it acceptable? On checking on GPTZero AI detection tool its says 40% probability written by AI, Mam, how should we approach these tools? How university assess our SOP's --plagiarism+AI or just plagiarism check? I will be really grateful if you can help me out in it, Thanks!
Hey Daksh, The universities have not really released any official statement saying how they are correcting the SOP, whether they are only looking at plagiarism or even AI generated content. And even if they are checking AI content, which tool is most reliable. So in the presence of such ambiguity, I would recommend you only use ChatGPT for minor sentence and grammar correction.
Last month I applied for SUSI exchange program and i still receive no interview call or any mail,but a friend did receive the email,even though my cgpa was way much higher than of my friend(3.7) and her's (3.4) still she avail the scholarship and I didn't and I guess the reason for i didn't receive the mail was my SOP, for it was AI generated.
@@ishworkarki227 Well in past few months I did research I can assure that there No reliable detector exist that confirm whether it written by AI or not. read Bloomberg's report on this topic. Even Open AI claims that cannot be detected whether it is written by humans or AI. So I think we should just focus on Making it Plagiarism free. and we should try to make it AI free but in most cases where writer is not native English speaker it is likely to get detected as AI. So there is No Solution. You have to make a decision whether you are letting it go or not.

Yeah, a lot of students are using this technique. But it won't work. Universities are still flagging it as AI generated content..

We can edit the SOP according to your profile
Even then, plagiarism tools are able to detect AI generated content.
