- Waited over a year for this moment but the Core12 is here! Had fun unboxing this, especially after seeing some slight differences from the one we reviewed in Germany. Thanks for watching everyone!

Core12 has a self regulating gas system
The pistol grip is DefencePort’s design but is compatible with other AR15 grips on the market.
The soft rubber part attached to the pistol grip plug is just a general storage compartment.
Upon further inspection, the mlok to pic adapter for the rail is plastic (synthetic), not metal.

I dont like the barrel shrouds doubling as a hand guard retainer, if i want to use it a muzzle device that would interfere.
@@advancedxdirective you are absolutely correct. The rail is retained by the muzzle device, leaving you with the current configuration as your only option. I’ll have to do a pros vs cons video. There are a few cons, but in my opinion, the pros make this gun worth getting.
