They look delicious. My only problem with these meals is that the plastic gets so hot, and chemicals can seep from the plastic and into the food. I only microwave food in glass containers. Even if the inside container is aluminum, the steam from the outer plastic container might also contain chemicals.
Yeah I would also worry that the chemicals in the heating pack are leeching into the water around it which is then condensing on the inside of the lid and dripping into the food… Like the heating pack at 11:52 even says “do not use in confined spaces” but we’re cooking food right on top of it?
It was so much fun to watch you guys try these self-heating instant foods! LOVE it！But I do like the last one but with diffrent flavor. Maybe next time you can put the veggies and meat pack on the lid or under the packaging to heat it up. When the rice it's cooked then pour the meat on the rice , it's SO good and much more flavorful.

My office cubicle doesn't have a wall in between the seats, so everyone can see what I'm doing. I went to make the self-heating food and the smoke came out and made a wheezing sound. Everyone was literally looking at me >_< hahaha! After that day, I didn't bring the self-heating food to the office ever again xD
Omachi from Vietnam actually has some instant self heating Rice boxes that you can try. All reviewers from Vietnam tried and preferred rice over hotpot. They are truly much better with beef and salmon.
Oooohh i sometimes add fermented bamboo shoot pickle with ghost pepper to my noodles just to elevate the flavour.(I'm from Northeast part of India,Arunachal pradesh to be specific) and bamboo shoot pickles with chillies are very common here. Be careful with self heating food like these because some of the heating pads can release gases such as hydrogen. Make sure you cook them in big well ventilated rooms and far from sparks and fire.
