- Here is a look at how we spent our Easter Sunday this year. Each year, Fidel and I blend our traditions so on throughout the week of Semana Santa we participate in our pueblo's traditions and on Easter Sunday we celebrate as I did when I was a child. Enjoy and drop your questions below!

I love the mess, the aromas, the shenanigans of cooking on a holiday with all my kids. I want them to carry that with them with their families one day. Soy mexicana, mi mamá siempre trabajo, so I don’t have that kind of memories. But I do have another ones that are wonderful as well. I also mixed traditions. My husband is born and raise here in the states so we do both too, American and Mexican traditions 🫶🏼

I think Diego should also hunt for eggs! Never to old for it. My only 24year old granddaughter still loves to hunt for eggs. Her dad hides eggs and she n her sister hunt for eggs. We also do confetti eggs among adults and girls and it’s so much fun.
