Great stuff bro. Can I also recommend individual toe spacers that you can get from the chemist/pharmacy/beauty shop? I think they are used to seperate toes maybe for nail polish or some shit. But I have found them in two widths. They are soft gel like. I mix and match the different widths on different toes. They are fantastic. I have the toe spreaders like your video. And the hard toe spreaders too. But the individual ones are by far best for me. Sometimes I just put one or two spreaders in, sometimes I spread all toes. I find some toes need more spreading than others. The individual ones allow this. They start put pretty well for exercise etc. Love your work bro
That's epic cheers bro!! I'll have to look into that because I definitely would like a way to place more emphasis on certain toes during certain exercises and that sounds like a perfect way to do that, thanks for the input man I appreciate that! Comments like this keep me wanting to make more vids, thanks bro!
@@jasparvowden if you have the Scholl foot care brand in NZ, check them out. Generally a two pack or one pack. I prefer the ones that look a bit like “knuckles” from the old kids game;”knuckles”, but you’re probably too young to know that.

I have hammertoes. Do you have a video for that condition?
Sorry these are just general exercises for toe and foot strength but not specific to one certain condition
I lost mine behind the bed and blamed the dog for weeks!
Hahaha I can relate to that bro!! 😂
