If it won't happen on the small screen, I hope that it will at least as a series of novels written by the authors of the SGA - Legacy books. I'm very fond of the Legacy novels as I feel that they do a fantastic and satisfying wrap up of "Stargate: Atlantis". (And they also tie in with SGU by having Sam Carter dye her hair brunette and explaining why the Hammond didn't use her Asgard Beams against the Lucian Alliance at Icarus Base. One of the later parts even mentioned the attack on Icarus Base.) There were the "Back to Destiny" comics. Story-wise I didn't find them that bad and they had intriguing ideas but they felt pretty rushed and underdeveloped for me.
Gigantic Web, the Internets are.... YT dropped this on me as a rando vid a while back. Oh neato - dead and much missed clip of a Sci-Fi show I enjoyed years ago...AND so I thought was a Rammsteim mix mash sound track....ha ha ha...not So. It's from a band I NEVER KNEW existed..."Deathstars". Thank you poster, and the spider-web of knowledge available.... Pretty cool. Pretty cool indeed.
Sci-Fi always takes a bullet... Fantastic shows end up dying. I think this is appropriate, and somewhat a little sad as a commentary. If you were lucky enough to watch, enjoy these shows... Keep on being a fan. Very possible, these TV entertainment exercises written free of pandering and politics, but just great writing and free-spirited exploration made for all, are dead now. Possibly forever. Possibly. I'll still continue to watch, share and enjoy as the world and societal graces further rots around me. Promote the good. All I can do. If you've bothered to read this far, hugs and love to you fellow human construct meat-sacks. May your 70-80 trips around the particular solar mass holding your planetary body in gravitational lock not have been in vain, but instead a journey of interest and awakenings, gratitude's and aspirations. :)
would love to see a sequel that allows for a proper finale!!!
